Please stop calling me. Every number after I receive a call from here I block it. Then you call using a different number.

Have received 5 calls from this number in a period of three hours......I just hang up the phone......Caller ID says Quicken Loan....I have never dealt with Quicken Loan and have no history with them....

I've never done business with them, and the fast-talking gentleman from Quicken promptly hung up on me when I told him I have never had a loan with them ,and never would, and to remove my phone number from their records.  I know they have a job to do, but I view their intrusion as a very poor speed-dial marketing campaign.

Very positive experience with Quicken Loans in the past.  Half % lower than anything else I could find, very fast close, and excellent customer service.  When I paid off the loan, they were a little agressive with calls from this number to "keep the business" but it was not a hassle or a scam and stopped after a few days.  I would use again and reccomend to anyone looking for a home loan.

Unknown call to my work phone (which recorded the phone # but no message). Quicken Loans is a legitimate business here in Detroit (one of my fraternity brothers works for them), and I agree with previous posts who state that Quicken CAN legitimately call you if you have done business with them before (I think they can call you even if you only looked into it but didn't finance/refi with them). From a previous call when they DID leave a message they used the first name of the person who had this phone / office before retiring.

On the other hand, if you have previously done business with "Jim Jones" and the voice mail says "this is the voice mailbox of Bill Williams" the sales rep should probably update their list of potential recalls. But that would be a logical approach...

Quicken Loans was calling to confirm employment from someone who I manage at my company.

Those guys call me on my business line cell phone three times a day with various numbers, hence number blocking does not appear effective. Half of the time, the caller leaves a voice mail, why I should refinance with Quicken Loans.

I have never done business with Quicken Loans, and never have inquired about their services. I certainly will never do business with them after this experience. I value an ethical vendor, and Quicken Loans does not appear to pass that test.

Legit phone call...not a scam from Quicken Loans.

Call Quicken at 888 900-9962 and tell them to remove you from their list.

Left a message for a guy I never heard of, regarding some Home Loan upgrade deal. Claimed he was from Quicken, left a number to call him back. Haven't had anything to do with Quicken Loans so I'll probably call them back later to address the issue.

I have never used them so there is no reason for them to call me. My home and cars are all paid for.

also probably Quicken Loans. submitted a Refi request with Lending Tree about a month ago. already told them I've been funded by somebody else. they still keep calling saying that there's no way that I could have gotten refinance cheaper than them and wanted me to forward my GFE. b*******!! Acquired a 3.125%. The best they could do was 3.65%. can't take no for an answer or don't understand how other people can beat their rates

It is not Quicken Loans you can see that when you google the phone number.  There is even a warning to watch out for scammers POSING as Quicken Loans.  Scammers can fake caller id info easy and change it constantly.  Lots of times if you call the number back on caller ID it is not a working number.  That's because the number and info on caller id is phony.  DNC cannot control phony numbers and scammers only legitimate business's.  Stop answering their calls and letting them aggravate you.  Either don't answer or simply pick the headset up and set it right back down again.  A lot easier and a lot less stressful. Might even make you feel good.  If you have done business with Quicken Loans, hang up and look up their legitimate number and call them yourself to be sure.  As you should with any business wanting acct info they should already have.  
I have been a switchboard receptionist for almost 20 yrs.  It has gotten worse.  And I don't see how it's ever going to get better.

Hey, your mortgage provider partners with them or sells your info to them to try to sell you. It isn't a scam. I got an email from my Mortgage servicing company that they would be calling. They ended up reducing my interest rate by 3%. I am not saying they are for everyone by any stretch but they have minimal paperwork and sell your loan right back to the same servicing company. It definitely wasn't a ripoff or scam to me. Just saved me a couple hundred on my mortgage. Again I am sure it is not for everyone and I am not sure why they called me today as the paperwork was done months ago, but seriously it isn't a scam. I don't work for them. I work for an oil and gas company in Texas. I am not affiliated with them in any way other than refinancing with them. And, I was happy with it.

After calling the customer service number above the calls stopped immediately.

After three calls from them today, I contacted their customer service people. Was told my phone number was in their system ,but not with my name, and it would be removed.

Call 800-863-4332 if they keep calling.

I'm a current loan holder of Quicken Loans and it came at a time that was much needed when I refinanced a year ago.  Now they're calling saying my loan is eligible for an "upgrade" whatever that means.  I'm currently paying mortgage insurance so if they can somehow remove that, I will be very pleased!  They've been calling for over a week now and I finally answered the 888 number to begin with.. now, calls are coming from the 313 number.  I was skeptical that it was Quicken Loans because since I refinanced with them, I've been getting other advertisements referencing "Quicken Loans" on them.  We'll see....

Keep receiving calls from this number.  when i answered, they wanted to upgrade my home loan.  i said no but they kept persisting, I hung up. they keep calling although I do not answer.

I receive 3 to 5 calls a day from quicken loan I block on my phone and they call on a different number I have talk to a guy named Danny that I was thinking of using for a refi but no way now I ask nice I have been hateful I have ask to stop calling me that make them call more I have now taken and unplug my phone not far at all

We receive a fair amount of employment verification requests from this number, too.  Our procedure is also the same.  Seems to be on the up-and-up so far.

Call asking for employment verification; told her I wouldn't do it over the phone but to fax the request and employee signature. We'll see.
