You have to love the internet to look up numbers that call and leave strange messages.  I'm also thankful that the above posted messages so even though there was no real info regarding the phone number I know it was from Home Depot---only because I had just gotten off the phone with them.  Thanks people for posting your comments.

I agree with Susan; the satisfaction call was annoying because I was getting much needed information from Customer Service.  I think that their Customer Service is great; but the Satisfaction verification call has very poor timing....They need much better timing.  Should we all let Customer Service know that????  But I will admit that I did like the fact that I received an e-mail and looked at it, and it was after 10pm; and was able to call Customer Service, and was able to talk to them, at that hour.  Didn't have to wait till the next day, and had a really great gal...quit knowledgeable and until I got the recall from the annoying Satisfaction verification number, and another strange/funny  thing was that the call was coming from Michigan, and the gal I talked to was in Tennessee......Go figure.... But all and all, I guess that I can say that all is going well, and I will really know when I receive the order, which is a Christmas present for my boyfriend.

Same here. Home Depot Called to check on my satisfaction of the customer service I was seeking DURING my call with customer service. Can't really rate it while I am still on the call.
