These people called at 9:00pm in MI therefore they broke the law. I am calling AT&T to file harassment charges. Still don't know who they are, but AT&T will find out.

Received another call tonight at 7:50 p.m. on my cell. My number is listed on the DO NOT CALL list. Uncertain whether telemarketer or phishing. Regardless, no response when u call back.

I answer these calls and say thank you for calling the IRS how may I help you. The person on the other end stammers a lot and then hangs up and never calls again.

Has called everyday last week. Leaves no messages. Calls are received at 11:30 AM (EST) and 5:30 PM (EST) each day.
