This is not Cash Call; this is a collection agency calling for a debt owed to Cash Call.

Received a call from this phone number 313-556-2837 and they did not leave a message. I did some investigating in this company and I see that they've been sued.

Cash Call is not a debt collector.  They are a personal loan company financing loans by Western Sky -- worse than a pay day loan.

3. Call repeatedly or continuously
The FDCPA considers repeat calls as harassment. [15 USC 1692d] § 806(5)

4. Use obscene, profane, or abusive language
Using this kind of language is considered harassment. [15 USC 1692d] § 806(2)

5. Call before 8:00 am or after 9:00 pm

6. Call at times the collector knew or should know are inconvenient

7. Use or threaten to use violence if you don't pay the debt

8. Threaten action they cannot or will not take

9. Illegally inform a third party about your alleged debt
Unless you have expressly given permision, collectors are not allowed to inform anyone about your debt except:

10. Repeatedly call a third party to get your location information

Recieved a call from 313-556-2837, I don't answer the phone when it comes up as " PRIVATE " or " City & State. I don't care who they are. if my caller ID does not show a persons name or the name of a business they are wasting there time calling me.. When I do answer they say they are with so and so. I tell them I have no idea who you are as my caller ID does not show who you are, you could be a scammer trying for private information, then I hang up without talking any further..

I informed the person on line that I was in the hospital and could not talk..I am still in the hospital and they call me everyday.
