It's a scam. They want the co-payment amount paid ahead of time (over the phone) for a procedure I'm scheduled to have done. Highly questionable request... especially BEFORE the actual procedure has been done. I have always been billed.......never called and asked for money over the phone and never asked to pay ahead of time. BEWARE!
