Hey guys,
Basically recieved the same text msg to to call 313-843-9546...
Didn't call back, but tempted before reading these informative postings.
Anyway, I do not provide any credit info via automated services and if its a "real person" I still will not unless I actually can verify the person/company is legit.
Enjoy the holidays...

Received the same message twice today. "9099: customer issue, visa service frozen. please call at 313 843 9546". I found this website by doing a reverse look up. And this is not the only reverse website that has reports of this same number. I wonder how many people have received this scam. Thank you for all those who have reported this. It is sad that there are people out there that would go so low as to scam hard working individuals that have good credit, out of their money.

"customer issue, visa service frozen please call at 313 843 9546."
Just got this txt too! 6 times in a row....TODAY! They must be desperate.
If you Google the phone #, it says it belongs to a "Maria Sanchez." I'm gonna send her an X-mas card.

be careful with this scam... it is only considered "fraudulent" by your bank if you DID NOT provide them with your credit card info. If you DO, then it isn't credit card fraud, it is another form of illegal activity done over text messaging. The charges (if any occurred) would be considered a dispute.
Don't be so dumb as to give your PIN# to anyone (EVEN your BANK!!!!)

Sprint promised that they disabled the text message capability several times now. I initially requested this and they confirmed my request about 6 months ago. Every text sent since then has been fradulent. Each time I call Sprint thet tell me the same thing... "Ok so we have disabled the text capability now" Within a week another fradulent text arrives and so on. Sprint appears to have lost all control of the service they are billing us for. Just got another fradulent text today. It is taking an inordinate amount of my time to attempt to get this corrected. I can no longer either count on them or believe what they tell me... Bummer

Suggest you contact yourreal Visa provider fraud department with info on the scam. Also suggest that you contact the U.S. Secrest service since they are tasked with investigating credit card fraud. If anyone has entered a real number the Secret Service is a must to contact immediately.

Got the same text "customer issue, visa service frozen. please call at 313-843-9546."
I called the number, it asked to validate my card number. I entered 16 "0"s because I didn't know where this was coming from and it responded "This call may be monitored...." I looked up the number on line and it show it is registered to Maria I Sanchez with an address of 2007 Hubbard St. Detroit MI 48209. Not sure if this is real infomation.

calls come from various numbers; this is one of them. I've been getting the same text message twice a day for several days. Once or twice I tried to call back and got a phony sounding "number out of service" message. I understand that some callers get an automated system that tries to scam their credit card number. Probably once they get several callers they lack the capacity for more and thus the "out of service" message. I finally called my cell phone carrier and had all text messages blocked.

Same deal here...very annoying since I've gotten the message over 5 times today to call 313-843-9546....
