Repeated calls to a work number (I am a temp employee so no one should have this # to reach me; further I am not refinancing nor am I interested in refinancing). Since the ringer is turned off I miss the calls; no big deal. Eventually they will figure out the problem and stop calling. Sorry for the person whose # they are trying to call and might be misdialing (not so sorry if the applicant put down the wrong #, by accident or deliberately)

They left a message for me.  Refinancing through Chase, they just called to confirm some details.  -1000 is their main Caller ID number, but the reps will have differing callback numbers like 313-877-XXXX.

Same thing.  I am closing at 11am.  No reason for them to be calling me at 10:40 the same day.  I did not answer and no VM left. .  I am doing a refi via Chase and I wish they would have advised me to expect a call if I needed to answer.   Be professional if you have legit business with me and leave a vm.

They called my business fax # caller ID is TITLE SOURCE (313) 877-1000 all they got was fax beep...didn't take them long to hang up!

The is titlesource. Doing a refi... didnt recognize the number, so I didnt answer. Then they called me on my other personal line and I answered.

I got a call from 313-877-1000 and found out it was indeed a title company with a legit call about Chase Mortgage. They said the company name was "Title Source" however, there could be various entities working with various mortgage companies and banks.
I generally just don't pick up on unrecognized numbers and never on "blank", "blocked" or "unknown" IDs

It is a legit number. If you are re-mortgaging your home, this company is a QC department. They examine closing papers and, if there are any errors, they inform you. They may send you a copy of the sheet by email or fax and ask you to make a correction. That's what they did for me and the closing sheet they sent was valid. The company and department name are: "Arriet Daniel-Alston - CEMA QC/Auditing Dept." Company address is: 662 Woodward Avenue | Floor 10 | Detroit, MI 48226. I got the sheet updated and faxed back to them in 30 minutes. Easier than snail mail, and the mortgage payment process will start on time!

actually - this is a legit number (Title Source).  We are doing a Home ReFi and they called with a question.  I didn't answer their first call because I didn't recognize the number, so I looked it up online and found this page.  Then I called my bank - and they confirmed this is the title company they are using.

keep getting calls from 313-877-1000 asking for Robert who did not sign the W2 for mortagage papers.I answered them a couple of times saying that it is a wrong number. I think they try to find more details about you if you reveal your identity innocently.
I lodged a complaint with FCC and hopefully they will catch these antisocial elements soon.
