Call appeared on caller id unable to answer call.  I call the number back and an automated system placed me on hold... No one ever came on the line, so I hung up.

Got a call from this number on my landline, nobody there. I now have it blocked. My landline phone company allows me to block numbers from calling my number.

Just got the same thing as everyone else ! A call with Security Call on the caller id then dead air !  When I called the number back I got a recording saying "your call in very important to us please hold for next agent" with some classical music playing in the background. So tired of these kinda calls! The Do Not Call list is useless !

it is GE Security Systems asking to place a sign in your yard and you'll get a discount! Don't waste your time.

Called my cell again this morning.  Didn't answer.

Calls me at times. Annoying isnt it?

313-908-5047 calls with dead air. Return called are greeted with please wait, then after several minutes hangs up.

Got a call from them yesterday at 759pm and it had Security Services on the caller id.  Since I had called the security system earlier in the day I answered thinking it was them calling back to check up.  The lady said I'd won a free system upgrade from GE.  They new my system was over x years old and that there are new features I don't have, etc.  Said I wasn't interested but they freaked me out knowing some information about the system and me.  Called the number back and got the "your call is very important to us, please stay on the line for the next available agent, blah, blah, blah", in what almost sounded like a munchkin's voice.

9/11 is the date and it was probably 1:37pm in their location when they called.

Just got a call on my home phone... no one left a message. The caller ID showed V91113372800009. Got the number from the e-mail sent by my phone company with the voicemail...

call was from...security call... saying...is this mrs....then nothing called back got classical music with your call is very important to us please hold for next available agent. Call came after a call feom comcast about purchasing a security system...don't know how this could be connected.

This number has been calling me for 3 days.  When I answer, I get a dial tone.  When I call the number, I get put on hold to wait for the "next available agent," then disconnect after 1 minute.  I don't know the name of the company, but caller ID reads out Security Call.  I want this to stop!

They called three times today. Once the caller ID had a V and a bunch of numbers above the phone #.  Once only the phone number was on the caller ID and that time I answered. A woman asked for the home owner and I asked who is calling and she said she was calling from the promotions department at GE.  She isn't a good liar she fumbled.  I told her there wasn't any homeowners here.

Just got a call from this number and caller id said Security Call. Didn't answer and no message left.

I have been getting these phone calls for weeks now and it's getting really annoying! Like you all said they hang up as soon as I answer it and when I call back no one answers the phone. The first few times it called the caller ID said V82718271500011 and now it says Security Call. Does anyone have any idea who is this?

I have received several calls from this flippin number, and I'm beyond sick of it.  They NEVER say anything, then they hang up on you.  Then when you call them back, it immediately starts playing music and every once in a while a recording comes on to tell you to hold on, and someone will be with you.  BUT NO ONE EVER COMES TO THE PHONE!!!  Then after about 4 minutes, it just hangs up on you.  I would love to join in the lawsuit to these idiots!!!

Hello please put a stop to this scam artist!! they call from 3139085047 and no one is on the other end.. This is happening quite often and it is annoying...

called 11:04 am.  Said on answering machine " Price is right"  What is that a game show maybe?
very strange .  that's why we don't pick up until the answering machine does.

I just received a call from this number as well.  Currently, I am waiting on the line for an agent.  After reading these posts, I am hanging up.  Thanks for the warning.

Phone rings and when I answer they hang up.  I called the number back and got a recording to "hold on for next available agent".  No one answers.

Have received several calls from 313-908-5047. No one is ever on the other end of the call. Called back and was put on hold with a recorded message - your call is important to us, and some backup music.

The number came up as "Security Call" and when I answered it took about 5 seconds for a man to come on the line and wanted to sell me a GE security system.  I told him we already have one installed and I then thanked him for calling to which he hung up before I could finish.

Calls frequently but does not respond to requests for identity.

I received a call on August 10th.  After 8 seconds of silence, a cough, a woman said "Hi, is this the (our name)?".  I will try to block this number.

Had a message on my machine today from this number. all they did was laugh like an idiot and hang up

Male guy calls asking by 1st name, says his company name is security update. Told him noone with this name and hangs up

I got a call the other day with a recording about a free security system if I put their sign in my yard.  Recording said to press 1 to talk to a rep press 6 to be removed from their call list.  Since I have a system in place and don't have a sign in my yard I press 6.  I don't want their calls.  Today I go another call but was unable to pick up the phone.  They did not leave a voice mail.  I called the number back and there was a message that said  "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line and you'll be transferred to the next available agent." After about 6 minutes of this message and some terrible music a weird voice comes on and says Good Bye and hangs up. The caller ID says "Security Call".  This is creepy.

Same here, I said hello three times and after no reply, I said HELLO, she said don't be so loud and hung up on me.
