Wise a** I don't have a Kay Jewelry account but the company collection goons keep calling my house number looking for someone else. I told them that person does not live here, fix your records and stop calling me. Then 30 minutes later same number calls again. I have received over a dozen calls from 4 different numbers all looking for the same Person This is very annoying. Someone imput the wrong number and now I get the harrassment. I am considering getting an attorney to sue the Kay Jewelry, Sterling Jewlery and whatever the other company's names are to stop the calls. Numbers included 727-578-6436, 800-394-4196, 800-788-0968, 313-982-9358. All these since 11/29/2013

It's definitely Kay Jewelers. I have an account with them and I am a couple days late on my payment and they have called me 8 times today so far, from a Michigan number, and Ohio number, an 800 number and a few others. Jesus... you'll get your money!!!!!!!!!

These people just called and asked to speak to a Nicky. I told them they had the wrong number, and they kept right on calling me a liar and stated that they just spoke to her at this number a couple days ago and I was covering up for her. I explained I live alone and have had this number for the past 3 years. The caller was relentless. I hung up and called the number back and spoke to a supervisor. I explained the situation and told them that the next time I received a call from this number I was going to file harassment charges against them. They kept me on the phone while they removed my number from the list and noted who the person was that had called. We will see if this helps. If this is Kay Jewelers, they just lost a potential customer and I'll be sure to pass this on to other people I know to save them the headache.

Caller did not identify the company he was with. Asked for a Raul Gonzales. Told him he had the wrong phone number; he asked me to verify the phone number he had dialed and asked how long I've had the number.
I do have a Kay Jewelers account (has been paid off for months) and have received 5 phone calls (all from different numbers) in the past 24 hours.

They call from multiple numbers... 206-467-4191, 323-933-3893, 614-210-0633, 330-239-0049 and 313-982-9358. I know I am late on my bill, but this is just harrassment. They wont unlock my online account so I Can see what is going on...they just wanted to call and be extremely rude instead of helping.

Exactly! I've gotten at least 10 different numbers from these guys and they don't stop.... Tried to pay my bill multiple ways but between Kay and these banks/credit unions there is always some type of problem getting a payment through. So sick of these people right now!

they say they represent several account companies. I have no account. They cfall and hang up when i answer. I call back and they answer and say they need my info to stop calling me. F*** them.

Why would they pay a bill if they don't owe it? Lots of people are getting these calls and have NO relationship with Kay Jewelers et al.

It's Kay Jewelers the parent company of Jared, Marks & Morgan, and many others. They have AT least 11 numbers they call from. PAY YOUR BILL and they will stop calling.

It appears on the Caller ID as "Shirley Freeman" but is actually Jared Jewelers.
