I HAVE A CALL TODAY FROM  ATTORNEY SCOTT MILLER HE WANT ME TO CALL THIS NUMBERS- 314-269-0434 SEEM LIKE A VERY INDIAN ACCENT IF I DON'T CALL HIM BACK I'LL GET ARRESTED, I  HAVE FILE IN THE COURT IF I DON'T CALL, THIS B*****D ARE F****NG RIDICULOUS THEY DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO JUST TO SCAM AN INNOCENT PEOPLE.

I got same call, he left massages calling from Police office , by law if I not to answer and to appear the counrt house will be arrested to the jail!

Just recieved the same message from scott miller said cops are on there way now

They called me a little while ago saying they were going to send the police to my residence to have me arrested. After exchanging some words with him I called the number back and he wouldn't answer.

keeps calling my phone number and when they do leave a message "scott miller attorney" keeps threatening me with being arrested. and when i do call i get somebody who i can't understand and keeps telling me the wrong social security number. and when i wont give him the correct one, again i get threatened with jail.

Tell them you know they're scammers and you've reported them to the FTC, the FBI and also your state's Attorney General (and do report them).  Also tell them you are recording every call you make to forward to the FBI (they don't like to be recorded).  

Other than that, block their number, although they'll probably find another number to call from.  You may want to put fraud alerts on your bank accounts and also with the three credit agencies (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion).

I just got call from this number stating I was going to be arrested for fraud/a debt collection from a loan place I've never been too. Weird thing is that he knew my last 4 social security number and my previous employer. Help?? Adivce???

Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent saying I would be arrested if I did not call him back. Never Identified himself or what this was about. Got a call from him a couple of months ago looking for someone else.

i received this same phone call a week ago and then my husband received one today at work. my husband said that this indian person started talking very innapropritaely. he had name, address and ssn. i wish someone would shut this down already

Got a call from this Scott Miller, claiming to be with a "law office", by the way, what law firm answers the phone with, "Law Office", no firm name. Anyway threatened me with jail and court. Told me to call back at the same number to talk to the "Senior Attorney" which was a woman, who did not give her name and she says the same thing! Both of these individuals had a foreign accent, from India, I believe. They have my SS#. This "company" should be investigated. Should I report this to law enforcement also?

Got a call stating he was an Attorney from Merchant Grace Law Office and wanted to talk to someone which was not me immediately if I didnt let him he was gonna have me arrested. Wouldnt tell me what it was about and I have never had a pay day loan or any other loan so not sure what this crazy man is thinking. Very heavy Indian accent. I called the number back a lady to get more info on the company and she asked for a different person than the guy was looking for tied to my number I told her I reported to police she hung up. I called back again they wouldnt answer.I don't know anyone near Missouri where caller ID says call is coming from.

Our office receive the same information claiming to be Attorney Scott Miller, and that he was at the court house and filing papers for the individual to be arrested. The police will be at your door to arrest you! First of all this individual has made a terrible mistake calling our office and not using the 5wh"s . Meaning stating their purposes and what the action was suppose to be on. And not realized our company is an Investigations Company and we wil get to the bottom of this! I hope someone wake this individual up real fast. I believe the FCC needs to take a close look at this fast and catch the criminal.

I got a call from 314-269-0434.  An Indian Speaking voice was on the phone and it was hard to understand.  This was a female and she said her name was Sandre Jones.  She said that if I didn't pay $260 today, she was sending someone out to my house to arrest me and serve me a warrant.  I called a local attorney who told me that I could not be arrested for not paying a debt.  They can serve papers on me and we can go to court and payment arrangements would be made there.   This is on a Pay Day Loan that I took out.  As far as I know, I have made payment arrangements on all pay day loans I have taken out.

I got a call from (314) 269 0434.  She says she is an attorney with Merchant Great Law Offices and they are coming to arrest me today for default on a Pay day loan.  They say I refused to pay it, however, I have arrangements with my payday loan companys that I am aware of and they say they haven't sent me to an attorney or filed criminal charges.

Received a call from 314-269-0434 from a Far Eastern speaking person by the name of Attorney Scott Miller who was filing a Criminal case against me unless I paid $500 asap. This person called me at work. Something needs to be done about these scams

"Attorney Scott Miller" calling from "law office", said he was filing court papers today and I would be arrested.  Of course I did not call back.  Indian or Middle-eastern accent, very poor English.  I don't know what the scan is, but I'm sure it is one.

I also got a call from scott Miller, saying that I needed to call him back right away, that he was going down to the court house to file a claim and that I would be arrested. You almost can't understand what he is saying.

Another one of these Indian accent scams, they call and threaten criminal action and that your case will be downloaded or presented to the Judge in your county by the next morning. I actually got a few of these and stopped the scumbag right in his tracks when he asked for my lawyer's name, and law firm. I said "Funny thing is maybe not you in particular Mr. Scott, (he called me Mr. Mark), but I have gotten these calls before I wish you would call my attorney due to the Fair Debt Collection Act laws." He hung up, new he couldn't fool me, however, the first call I got I did check with my lawyer as they can be pretty threatening and convincing, when they can speak English clear enough that you can understand, heavy Indian accent typically.

I got a phone message from "Atty Scott Miller" telling me to call this number as there was a court  case being filed against me (did not specify any name) and I should call back or suffer the consequences of being arrested.  My area code is 573, not 314.  So same state, different area code.  (5/6/13)

I'm not sure how anyone would believe that you'd go to jail unless you called THESE people back.  What a bunch of idiots.  Report them to the FTC then ignore them.  It's not worth the time to mess around with dumba**es that refuse to find a legit job.
