Got a call from EBO Financial.

this collection agency walks a very thin line with the FDCPA and sometimes crosses it...it is a little agency owned by a crooked, unprofessional slob and the VP is the shadiest individual i've ever met.  They only have about 10 people in the company if they are lucky, and they are losing clients fast.  Why Children's Hospital even uses them anymore is beyond me.  They hire paycheck to paycheck drones to work for them and they will cross any line they need to.

I think they?re skip tracers for a debt collector called EBO Financial.  They?ve called me 3 times in the past 4 days.
I?ve notated each call on 800Notes.  Then a did a google search for 800Notes Ballwin MO and this is what I found.

I received a call from this number as well.  I looked it up before I listened to the voice mail.  I am glad I looked it up and was aware who they were.
The message they left was that they were calling in reference to my son for Children's hospital and they needed a call back as it was important.  When I called them back to let them know how low they have gone by insinuating that the call was regarding a children?s hospital and my son.  They said I was making an assumption that something was wrong with my son and the agent let me know that he would simply have called back without ever assuming that his child might be in the hospital.

If that were true, why did the person that made the call not say she was with EBO, calling for Children?s hospital regarding my son?  They were clearly using the Children?s hospital and my son to make me return their call.

Collection agency using private cell phone to trick me into answering. The agency is EBO Financial in Ballwin, MO. Big mistake using her cell phone. Now she'll get unwanted calls from all my friends, and maybe from you? Give her a call at 314-443-4670. Tell her I said Hello!
