Blocked my # and called it back - (314) 465-5500 is for Bank of America

Called without leaving message

Just got a new phone with new number, this number keeps calling and never leaves a message and when I was able to answer the phone he/she hung up. Other calls I have been getting from a similar number that I was able to answer same thing happened, call and when not answered didn't leave a message, but this time when answered a man was asking for a guy named willy, when I told him he had the wrong number he insisted that willy was there.
