For a minute there I thought for sure I was getting another call; to "lower my credit card rate." I already have Charter for my internet service. Told the girl on the phone I wasn't interested and was happy with what I already have. She kept trying to talk me into upgrading to cable or get charter phone as a bundle. Told her there is no way I would give any kinda of info out to anyone over the phone. And then hung up!
 Thanks to the credit card SCAM going around. Makes me wonder if that was really Charter or just another spoofed call to get my credit card number. Best advice is not to give any info out over the phone.

Have gotten two calls from this number so far today.  No message.  Hey Charter this is very annoying.  Yes I am already a Charter customer, and this just adds to personal dissatisfaction with Charter.

I'm already a charter customer...why the f*@ck do they keep calling me with this telemarketing spam! ARGHH!!  Once a day...everyday for 3 weeks now. I called back to have my number removed from their system. They said it would take 20 days to remove my number from their computer. WTF?!

There should be a law to stop harassing telephone calls for Charter.

No answer on other end and hangs up.

They call me at least 10 times a month to add services.  I decline everytime and threaten to cancel, but it doesn't work. Maybe I just need to really do it!

This number started calling me yesterday.  Does not leave a message.  Has called me three times before noon today.   I have been unable to answer when they call.

I have Charter, and they call me every month for a survey, and now im getting this bogus number calling me, and hanging up on me all the time. Im about to cancel.

I just called the number....and asked them to take my number off the call list....said it would take up to 20 days to get off the list!!!!

It is charter and if you call them and ask them to stop calling you they say they will, but it takes 20 days for that to take effect.  So you will get calls for the next 20 days still.  Not sure why with all the technology out there they cant just immediately take your number off their list.  Needless to say they lost another customer here with their idiotic sales techniques.  I am going back to ATT UVerse once my 6 months is up.  Good job Charter!!  Setting new standards for irritating people :).

Incredibly harassing phone calls. Relentless. Asked to be placed on the No Call list and they said they would do so. Still receiving the calls. Absolutely confused now. and worried about identity theft. I called back tonight and they were closed....weird hours for such a "large" corporation dont you think?

I dont think this is charter.  when i called back the woman on the line asked for A LOT of personal information that charter doesnt have any business knowing.  (SSN, Birthday, all that)  Pretty sure this is a scam.

I use Charter, and even as a customer they don't flipping stop with the calls. So much to the point with my father they kept calling and calling and calling 4-6 times a day asking for my mother, who has long passed. Finally he got her ashes and put them next to the phone and told them talk away, but you won't hear much cause she's locked away in a box. Yeah charter called the cops on my dad, and of course the police laughed at the situation, and they got charter to stop calling. So if you want them to stop calling and you don't have their service tell them you're dead. Will work.

I have ignored every other Charter number, and they keep coming up with numbers and call me. Beware that they will call with other numbers!

I get calls from this number all the time, claiming that the person on the other end is "Charter Communications." But it sounds like the person is driving a car or something, and I think it's a bunch of identity stealing crap.

It is Charter and they are aggressive with calling.  I've asked them to stop several times, but they continue.  I spoke to a supervisor this morning with this request and just got another call from them this afternoon.  

They call as early as 8 am on Saturdays (no etiquette training to say the least) and well into the evening and night.  This has been going on for weeks. I was a Charter customer, but am switching to a different Internet provider in response to their harassing sales techniques.

This number is calling me multiple times per day! Why would Charter call numerous times? Feels very harassing!

I've been receiving multiple calls a day from this number..finally answered today and no reply on other end.
