Just for your curiosity... It is probably a collection agent who is in violation of a federally mandated law. The FDCPA (an act passed by congress) states: Not identifying one's company name in regards to a collection is a violation of abuse and illegal.

I got a call from this number at work from a Tony Cooper, I wasn't in the office and they gave her my voicemail but on the voicemail she didn't leave a company name she just said her name was Tony Cooper and left this # 513-0119.  I'm not calling back because she did not leave a company name and I don't know her.  Weird.

I called this number back, as I've gotten a call from it a few times (they never leave a message) and the guy picked up and addressed himself as "Mr. Wolfe" I hung up without saying anything and he never tried to call back. If it is a collection company they should be leaving some type of info., to make sure they aren't calling the incorrect number.

I have two phones, one of which I gave to a friend.  Someone named Damon called and asked for my direct line, stating it was personal business.  Any idea who this person is?

Hey Will how about you donate the money and do it for us. You are obviously so rich you would never have to let a bill go by the way side in order to provide for your family. There are laws protecting our rights FDCPA, and FCRA mainly. If the collection practices of CCM violate those laws then we have every right to complain no matter how much we owe.

So far read alot of comments from alot of adults whom are afraid to handle their responsibilities and a bunch of couch antys that no very little stop griping people be adults and resolve your debts

I got a call at WORK from 314-513-0122, they identified themselves only as CCM and said they had verified employment, I work at a prison and was relieved from my post and chastised by my Captain for receiving personal business calls at work..... I tried to call this number back and all I got was please enter your accounty code.

This number called my phone and I didn't answer because I didn't know who it was. It went to voicemail and when I checked my voicemail all I could here was breathing. Who are these people.

this number called and went to call notes i could hear voices in background like a tv and just left a silence message almost sounded like someone was making smoochy noises very odd i saved it for future complaints to build up

A person identifying themself as working for CCM, trying to collect a debt for Progress West Health Systems. She was litterally obnoxious threatening to contact my employer, and very rude stating "My mouth is moving I am speaking to you you better listen to me" I sent in paperwork to this hospital back in January prior to my heart surgery to explain what my circumstances were and why I was unable to pay or make payments. She said that paperwork was crap.


This should be illegal. I use a prepaid cell phone for emergencies and they somehow got that number, and are calling me on it while Im at work.

Called my cell phone and work phone.
Left the same message on both....
"Call Tara Thorntons office at 314-513-0119"
and no additional details about why they were calling.

Calling my work is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Section 805.

Keeps calling and asking for my sister . I say she not here and ask his name he said Phil From CCM I asked what its about they hang up. This is about once a week.

This place keeps calling and we have never been to St. Louis or any of these hospitals. I tried to tell them my husband is in the military and we have just got here from overseas for 7 years and we get all of our medical treatment on military bases. They were so very nasty and would not listen to me. Who do I contact to report them?

I have been getting calls from these people at WORK even though I told them they are not allowed to call my work number. This is a collection agency for a hospital. I exlained to them that this debt is no longer valid because it was discharged in a medical bankruptcy, but they continue to call. It's illegal for them to try and collect a discharged debt, but who has the money to pursue them for it?

Got a Call Asking for my wife, When i said she was not in they hung up. When i called the number back and explained that was a threting Phone call and it would be reported to the police they got mad.

I have been getting calls from this numberfor about 2 weeks now, the last call tonight came in after 10:00 pm. When they called prior asking for My Husband, whom they always ask for I explained I was His Wife can I help You, they became very rude, and hung up. Now they leave messages stating to Have Mr. Kane call this number it very important.

Called my 17 year old son, would not leave message other than name, even when I explained I am his mother.  He knew my son's name and year of birth and insisted he was 18 and then got snippy.  I am on do not call list.
