keep getting calls from this number, they don't say anything, just keep calling.

These people have called everyday for weeks. They say they need to verify our address for tech support then they put me on hold. I hung up. After weeks of this I finally held. Then I after I verified our address the gentleman started reading some sort of disclaimer. He was talking so fast I couldn't even understand him. I asked that he not call back and he hung up.

Received this call twice. First time was last week and I performed an online search. Turns out this is a scam caller to sucker a business into thinking that they are receiving information to help them "cut costs" on their phone bill. In actuality, they start placing charges on the phone bill to get free money.
Received this call just a few minutes ago and the guy was real nice. When he mentioned "my business" I simply told him that this was not a business number, I'm on the Do Not Call list, and to please remove my number. He said OK and have a good day. End of story. Avoid saying OK from this company.

Got a phone call from this number, an older woman claiming to be First Call Tech Support. She seemed like she couldn't hear me, asked for my name and told me to hold for verification. I asked "Verification for what?", she then hung up.

I received 2 calls from this number. Saying the same about verifying address and said they were some tech support. The women had a accent told her I wasn't interested and hung up. It did come up private on caller I.D.

Am I the only one that wonders if we all get placed in some "Sucker List"? Do they think that we'll give out personal information in today's tough economic times? We have owned a small business for 25 years and it has gotten so bad with all these out of state calls. I don't answer any of them (they hang up and don't leave messages), I NEVER answer calls that are unknown to me (caller ID is best thing ever got). Wouldn't it be WONDERFUL if we could ZAP them to the next galaxy? Feels great just dreaming about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When youtry to call the company back, is just rings then you get a recording "Your call is very important to us. Please hold for the next agent." I put it on hold and got the same message for 5 minutes, they never picked up the call

Called several times just this week. They go through an entire call and at the end, they say " And are you authorized to accept charges?"

The same has happened to me all week. If you want to mess with them, they will keep asking questions that need a positive response trying to get you to say "yes" (so this can be recorded no doubt). As long as you never say "yes" they will continue to try. Say things like I understand, or that's correct, ect.. but never yes. After a while they will finally give up.

Our business received a call from these people this morning. There was a lot of background chatter (of other employees making cold calls, I'm guessing) and a woman with a faint, lilting accent told me she was calling to verify our business address in order to send out information about tech support. She managed not to come out and say that our business had some relation with their business, but I felt that it was worded to imply that there was a relationship. I asked her why she thought I needed their tech support. Apparently the question took her by surprise. She asked, "You don't need our tech support, sir?" I informed her I was not a "sir" and, no, I did not need it. She was obviously embarrassed about her minor gender gaffe and the call quickly came to an end when I told her, thank you anyway, before disconnecting.

Gee...this must be a vast organization to have to many offices.
All had the same approach. They will not answer questions that deviate from "give me your info so I can scam you" script. Best explanation I've seen for their efforts is they ask for info, then ask a few yes/no questions, then modify the recording to make it appear you have agreed to buy/change/turn over all your worldly possessions to them.
