Number called @ 1050am and didn't leave a message.

I got the same message from "Kelly" in my voicemail as I didn't answer it since it was a call to my cell and I hadn't given out my phone number to hardly anyone yet.

"Hey this is Kelly again, just checking in to see if you've gotten the letters from your credit card companies talking about increasing your minimum payment for your interest rate and I wanted to follow up with you about that program with a non-profit where we can lock in rates as low as 1.9% and possibly get those minimum payments cut in half. Yeah, but I do need to talk to you soon about that. So give me a call at 1-800-978-4586 and ask for Kelly. Again, that number is at 1-800-978-4586 and I hope to hear from you soon."

SPAMMERS!  I hate these calls.

I constantly get calls on my cell from this number.  I live in Rhode Island and don't know anyone in whatever state they're calling from.  Something needs to be done about these idiots just making random calls to anyone and everyone

These dicks called and woke me up this morning, when I said hello twice the guy hung up on me. When you call back you receive a fake message of disconnection. (The real message does not sound like that)

I just filed a complaint with the FCC, and I recommend you do to. After sept. 1st, the fine is HUGE. Shut these people down.

Just got a call from this number on my private line at work; i let it go to v/m and the message says "hi, this is kelly again and i was just checking to see if you've received any credit card applications in your mail..." (i deleted it at this point).  When i do answer these types of calls, i have found that a whistle is very effective :)

It was the TDUA (tits, dick and unicorn alliance) and all they said was "you've been warned"

they called me and left a callback number, 1-800-978-4586.  It is a debt relief center. Probaly some company the consolodates bills,..or a collector

I normally don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, but I live in this area (the 314 area code) and I had just jumped in the car to head to work and get this call from the local area (9:31am).  I said "Hello" twice.  Finally I hear a man's voice say "Hello, I'm looking for..."  and then dead silence.  I said "Hello?" a couple more times and then looked at my phone, and the call had been disconnected.  I figured if it was important he would call back.  He never did.

Just got a new phone and number (2) days ago and now this happens.  WTF?

I suggest a class-action lawsuit against southwestern bell.  I'm sick of this crap and the phone companies should be held accountable.  I got the call, too, btw.

Just got the call on my cell.  I didn't answer.  Clearly, the gov Do Not Call registry is an example of more u.s. federal waste, since my cell number is on it, and I still get these lame calls.

Time to hold the number carrier's accountable.  This web site should be used to organize a class action lawsuit against Southwestern Bell.  SWB is guilty of permitting spam callers, just as ISPs and email hosters are of permitting spam email.  I don't care if I only get 1 cent from such a lawsuit, it's the principle of the matter and SBC should feel the pain.

I just received a call at 3:22 EST in NY.I do not answer numbers i do not recognize - but the phone company (Southwest Bell) should cut their service so they stop bothering everyone else

I don't answer numbers that I don't know. I tried looking up the number and there was no listing for it. I tried this website and found 5 listing for this number that were done in less than 5 hours.

Got a call form this number saying it was credit card services and there is a problem with my interest rates I pressed 1 and when the operator came to the line I asked who they were calling for and she asked if I had a major credit card.....Hello red light! So I said no and she hung up

Answered phone, long pause. Man began speaking but my phone died. I tried to call the number back but says no longer in service. I guess if it was a legit call they would have called back.

Someone just called me from this number - I said hello, and they said umm, hi, um, um, um, um and then hung up - very, very odd.......
