I received a call today from this number (caller id: Special Discount).  When I answered the phone, it was dead air then they hung up.  I called the number back and they stated, "This is call center wanting to speak with someone regarding a free publication you are currently receiving.  We are working in accordance with the phone laws, please leave your name & number if you would like to be removed from our call lists".  Of course, I gave them the number I wanted remove, let's see if they call back again.

I have had 8 phone calls from this number on my cell phone during work hours. I can't take the calls, and no message was left.

Called me at work and didn't leave a message.  My phone is on the "do not call" list.  Showed as "CONTACT CENTER" - whatever that is.  I don't answer non-business related calls.

Called me on my work phone on Wed 10/27/2010 at 12:43 PM CST.  No message left no idea who this is.

Had a call from this number with no message left. My landline phone allows me to block 20 calls, so I'll add it to the list. I did find out the number is a landline from St Louis MO.  I'm not willing to pay money to get a number that I intend to block.
