I just had this number calling my cell phone, I do not take calls I don't recognize de number; this could be either a prank call or telemarketing

I just got a call from that number...It is now on my "Blocked" list...

Called this # (314)627-6671 back from caller ID, and got a recording for being put on a Do Not Call List. It asked for my # and after entering It said they would need my Name,address,and other private personal information. Then the call terminated. WTH? has anyone had this type of call? And what to do NOW?
