Definitely not a cell company calling. It's a collection agency called GLA. Asking about another person with the same last name

It's most likely your cell phone provider calling you to pay your bill, they do this as a courtesy instead of shutting off your phone w/o notice for non payment.

It didn't leave a message, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't anybody I know; dont know anyone in St. Louis.

I did too along with 314-627-6758.  No message - too close in numbers to be random.
