I get calls from this number everyday, or from other phone numbers that are also associated with "Feature Films." I've never done any business with them, so I'm not sure how my cell phone leaked to them. Any calls from their numbers are now transferred to a 'no longer in service' message. Maybe if they think my phone number is a dead end, they'll stop calling. I wonder if automated calls will register that my cell phone number seems disconnected...

These people call my cell every single day and I'm tired of it. I want them to cease and desist immediately!

"Nonprofit" is a tax category, not an earnings category. There's a lot of money to be made in a "charity" racket.

Sister firm Corporations for Character (C4C) is classified as a commercial fundraiser and has been known to pocket about two of every three dollars collected. This level of greedy overhead is fairly typical of the worst such fundraising firms.

Almost two years ago, C4C, FFFF, and another Utah firm, all sharing the same ownership,  were sued by the FTC for consumer abuse and deceptive practices while bending the edges of the DNC registry and the Telemarketing Sales Rule. In a galling display of entitlement, C4C countersued, crying between the lines about how the Feds were disrupting its faulty business model.

For those just tuning in, defendant "Feature Films for Families" has appeared numerous times on these mystery call sites. Its profile appears to be pushy video sales and self-appointed censorship behind the veil of conducting surveys and rating video programming. This is the outfit that releases chopped and diced versions of movies and shows according to its own narrow standards of ''decency''.

So tell it to quad-F. The call center does not control or manage this web page or any part of 800Notes.

I get calls several times a day usually early morning, when I'm still asleep and the call wakes me up, or late at night, when I'm in bed because the early morning calls deprive me of a decent night sleep.  I thought it was illegal to make telemarketing calls to cell phones.

I have never ordered from these people, my number is on the Do Not Call registry and still they call at least once a week.

Some of the above comments say FFFF is a non-profit.  Wrong.  They are a privately-held for-profit business.  Period.  Look it up.

This self-declared morality film business could use a lesson in business ethics and a few fines for calling DNC phone numbers.

Hi. Just wanted to say that it is a recording that calls you. I have ordered in the past and the name of the caller changed but the voice did not. I asked the recording about it and got a pause and then a laugh and "people often say that". When I asked for a yes or no answer the recording clicked off and hung up. I won't do business with them because I want to be told the truth  I can deal with automated recordings, but not hiding the truth.

One of hundreds of phone numbers used by Feature Films for Families.  Their movies are wonderful, but their sales tactics are horrible!  They call and call and call and call. . . and refuse to stop talking long enough to allow you to respond.  I just keep hanging up on them.

I finally figured out after talking to these people several times that you are not actually talking to a person but rather a machine that picks up key words to send back a response but they don't have all senarios which is why they were silent. They never stop calling...Feature Films for Families... good movies, terrible sales tactics

I just called them and told them, firmly, that I have asked them twice to stop calling me. I told her that if they didn't take my number off the list I was going to contact my attorney and they would have to deal with them. I told her this is harrassment and that I didn't appreciate it. Yes, they have some good movies, but I ordered what I wanted two years ago. I don't need to phone calls.

It is a recording that sounds like a real person . . . if your answers don't match up there is a long pause.  Feature Films for families is GREAT!  I just don't need phone calls.  I asked them to send me mail - the recording did not compute!!!
