My Credit card was charged 12.79 from Jackson Realtor Group, contacted 314-635-6420 voice messages answered saying voice mail box is full.  Contacted my bank and at this time company is being investigated

Had a charge of $11.89 by Jackson Group Realtors on 5/20. CC company told me I must complete paper work before they'll remove. They told me they would investiage, seems as if there's been enough of that going on with no resolve to the consumer. Questions is: How are they getting the account? I have used the account in over 2 years? This is an inside job, if they can get differnet accounts from different banks. Must be a clearing house or someplace that has access to centralized data.

Yes, I got the same charge, it showed up on my monthly statement.  I'm sure that it is fraud.  My credit card company is investigating.  It also appears to be an ongoing monthly charge because my credit card company will not close this account until this is resolved.

I too had the same thing.  Cancelled card, contested charges, and contacted fraud department.  Check companies who may have your card number on file.

This is ridiculous! Same with me $12.79 from Jackson Group Realtors.  How are they getting our information??  I had to cancel my credit card.

Same here.  Received an $11.89 charge on 5/15/08 on my Chase card from Jackson Group Realtors.  Chase removed the charge and is issuing a new card.  What a PITA!

Yup, same here.  Had a charge of $11.89 by Jackson Group Realtors on 5/14.  Called the phone number and received a message to communicate by email to support@Jacksontemplate.com.  Of course, my email message was returned due to "technical details of permanent failure."  I have contacted my bank (Fifth Third in Cincinnati) and am following the challenge procedures they require.

I got the same charge on my Visa debit card. Had to stop my card and receive a new one.

I also received this charge and the exact same amount from Eyecon Technologies. Same amount charged on the same day and when I called both phone numbers from my statement, they were part of the same voicemail system. Bank of America removed both charges from my account, but said that because the transactions have seperate reference numbers and were for such small amounts they would only go after them if the same company tried to charge me three times. So, these fraudulent "companies" have found a loophole. And since so many people don't look carefully at their statements, they'll continue to get away with it. Unbelieveable.

I received a charge of 11.89 from Jackson Group Realtors.  I believe it's a scam, I did not authorize any charges on my account. I am working with my bank now who said they would investigate it as a fraud and press charges.  I encourage you to do the same.  How did they get our account number?

This is definatly a scam! I got the same charge, $11.89, from Jackson Group Realtors on my Visa card.  It looks like some kind of software company.  I think they charge people's credit card for small amounts in hopes that most people will not notice/dispute the charge.  Even if people do notice, if you dispute the charge with the company instead of your credit card company, Jackson sends you a free software trial with your refund in hopes that you will buy their products anyways.  If you get this charge, dispute it through your credit card company, not Jackson Realtors.

I received a charge for $12.79 on my Visa card, again with this number listed. My bank had me call and the number was answered by automated voicemail that said the mailbox was full and hung up. I agree, this is some type of scam or fraud and I hope they discover the people involved, it seems to be widespread if you compare just these three comments.

I got the same charge on my Mastercard.  I'm calling my Credit card company to report.

I rec'd a bill from Chase credit card with this phone# and Jackson Group Realtors for a charge of $11.89.  I suspect this is fraud. Has anyone else got this?
