i just called and it is a company selling newspaper subscriptions. we just cancelled the newspaper before these calls started

This is Charter Communications calling or should I say nagging.  If you are a Charter user, go to the website, sign in and search for preferences. You can check a box to tell them you do not want called and no telemarketing calls either.

This # called twice and never left a message.  I jumped on google and saw this and thought maybe it was Charter for real since we are trying to get them out to service our area (living in the country and no access to high speed Internet).  In any case, this was NOT Charter.  Some scam company offering to give me $5 for every pount of fat I lose.  I disconnected immediately and put the # on my scam list.

Several calls each week-  they never leave message -

They call us twice a day. Answered the first time they called and they would not say anything. So now when I see the number on caller ID I pick up and hang up.

Annoying as heck.  Receive 3 to 4 calls a day, but won't leave a message.  Do Not Call apparently will not block this one.

I too have Charter. And now that it's been noted I sorta recognize the area code from previous contact from them. Interesting note, if you call the number back a chime plays and a recorded message saying "you have reached a non working number" or close to that. What???

Live in south Texas & don't have cable at all. Not sure why they'd be calling me at all. Probably a scam.

Had been called a lot of times !! Three or four calls today, and I don't count the days before... So boring now I keep my phone mute... Being from Charter Communications, how can they know my own home number, I just got it last week !!!

I received a call from 314-720-6452, said he was with Page 1, and wanted to talk to who ever was in charge of our web design.  Told him no one was available and then was given 855-825-1252 ext 4294 as a call back number.  There has been no reports on the 855 number as of yet.

Call from (314) 720-3576. Is NOT Charter. Some Sales and Marketing company. They answered by saying Hello. Not Charter. Probably a sweat room somewhere in St. Louis using the same number for a buttload of clients. Testosterone Booster BS. Said I had talked to somebody at some time.
When I asked to have my number removed, they went into a sales pitch. When I said I was going to call the Mo Attorney General, the douche got all huffy. Thick Bostonian Accent. Prob a transplant or call forwarded to another site.
The line about me calling someone at one time regarding male enhancement is a ploy they use so they can keep calling people and get around the DNC List requirements.

314 720 8632  keeps calling, no message, all hours of day.

I got a call from this number today, and the caller claimed to be with the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.  They knew I had a weekend paper delivery, and said I had a negative balance and wanted to get my account up to date and paid up.  I have never gotten a call from them like this before, and the caller didn't sound legitimate, so I came up with an excuse and said I'd look into it and hung up.

I had Charter, when we moved we called them. I'll never forget the two installers telling me that they could not run cable to my which is with earshot of a sub division.

This number has called me several times. I finally called back to see and the recording says it's The Pisa Group. I know that the STL Post Dispatch uses this company as well but not sure if any other company uses Pisa. This was not Charter. Charter's number will always be an 800 or 888 number.

I hate charter..and I get around 5 calls a day from them.. I don't pick up the phone either but its so annoying..as soon as U verse television comes to my area I will be changing..the sooner the better..

called 4 times in 2 days - no message left

They call several times a day, always a dead line on the other end.  It comes up as "Unknown" on my caller ID.  For the last week, I pick up the phone and hang it back up. Charter is so annoying - all those ads on TV talking about how great they are and we don't even have On Demand available in my area.  Wish I had other options!

Please refrain from calling without answering.

Almost daily I get a call from this number around 2 p.m.

these b*****ds call my home at 5:30 a.m. soliciting their services. I don't see any other way to stop this harassment than to take them to court.

No msg., just call, & NOTHING; glad 2 know it's CHARTER, though!

I a getting calls from this number,but no one is talking on other end. It goes to disconnect. If you are trying to sell something you need to talk otherwise DON`T CALL> this should be reported as a harassment and delt with as such .I work nights and getting a call from a mime is getting old fast.If others feel the same way as I do we should try to contact proper agencies about this!!!
