I just got a message from Brenda and she even left a case number......No thanks lady.  I will make a complaint with the FTC.  Ever since I started looing for a job these clowns have been threatening me.  HEEEELLO....unemployed here.  JERK OFFS

I BEEN RECEIVING CALLS FROM DETECTIVE DANIELS SINCE YESTERDAY AND HE EVEN THREATENED TO COME TO MY JOB WITH A WARRANT NOT ONLY THAT THE FIRST CALL I RECEIVED BACK IN FEB WAS FROM ELIZABETH CHILDS IN WHICH WHEN AT THAT TIME I ACTUALLY SUBMITTED HALF OF THE AMOUNT THEY WERE CLAIMING I OWED AFTER I CALLED MY BANK THEY IMMEDIATELY GOOGLED HER NAME AND INFORMED ME THAT I HAD BEEN SCAMMED SO THE SECOND PAYMENT NEVER CLEARED BECAUSE MY BANK CANCELLED MY DEBIT CARD , NEEDLESS TO SAY DETECTIVE DANIELS HAS BEEN CALLING SINCE YESTERDAY LEAVING THREATS ON MY JOB PHONE AS WELL AS MY CELL PHONE HE EVEN HAD THE ADACITY TO SAY I HAD UNTIL 12 NOON TO MAKE A PAYMENT  OR ELSE, THEN HE CALLED MY CELL @ 9:30 THAT MORNING  THREATENING IF I DID NOT RETURN HIS CALL HE WOULD BE CALLING MY SUPERVISOR LITTLE DO HE KNOW I HAD ALREADY IN FORMED MY SUPERVISOR OF THE MATTER , SHE POLITELY CALLED HIM BACK AND TOLD HIM TO STOP CALLING BECAUSE WE HAD ALREADY FILED REPORTS ON HIM , HE STATED HOW I AM A DETECTIVE AND I AM ISSUING A WARRANT FOR HER ARREST MY SUPERVISOR REPLIED WELL SEND THEM ON WE WILL BE WAITING .... PLEASE REPORT THEM TO YOUR LOCAL SHERIFF OFFICE AS WELL AS THE FTC BECAUSE THIS IS TRULY A SCAM ,,, YES THEY RECEIVED 394.01 FROM ME BUT NOT ANYMORE MONEY WILL THEY COLLECTED FROM ME .... SCAM , SCAM. SCAM

I just got a call from this number 218-789-5543 it was detective daniels when I asked for his badge number he went off on me and said that I F----- Up that he was signing an arrest warrant for me.  He had my social security number also.  He was so rude!  How do you stop these people.

Did they have you ss number?  They called me very rude and had my social and knew what car I drove.   Very Rude!!

These people are full of it....but they bit off more than they can handle the other day. A girl called me from that number (314) 732-0684 waking me up in the process....she then a very smart with me because I was slept and it was 11 in the morning. I was off that day from work and didnt have NOTHING to do, sooooo..I decided to curse her out in every way I knew.....I literally called them back to back for over 2 hours having a blast. During MY FUN they transfered me to some man with a 218 area code (218) 789-5543 claiming to be a Detective and saying they were sending St. Louis County to my job and I was going to be arrested and fired......NEEDLESS to say...I let him have it............REALLY!!! One time when I called his number, a lady answered and asked me to stop calling them and stop HARRASSING THEM.....LMAO.....I don't think no one has ever been told that by a collection agency......after a few more calls to him, I pretended to play nice and asked how coud I make this all go away. This crazy man had the nerve to tell me that they would NOT TAKE A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER AND I WOULD NEED TO GIVE THEM MY DEBIT CARD NUMBER......I THEN WENT FROM 0-30 on his azz and he hung up again on me, lmao......My last call to him, he said the police was on their way and he was sending a doctor too because I was crazy......I beat they won't call me back, EVER!!!! Watch out people!

Someone first called unknown left a message saying this is brenda Gardner and that she was from a law firm. And I needed to contact her before the end of the day about a fraud check if I didn't contact by the end of the day they will go on with the process of charges and also told me to call 314 732 0684 when I called the number brenda was not available to talk then a man got on the line claiming he can take care of it he then told me if I didn't pay today they I'll be sent a summons to court and if I didn't get the summons there will be a warrant issued for my arrest when I refuse to give credit card or bank info he said okay we going to go on and say you refuse to pay and hung up in about 15 minutes later a man named George Johnson call again unknown and said he was a process server for St Louis County and Needed to Talk today these people are scam artist they only want your money so they can clear out your accounts and leave you with nothing don't fall for it please this is the only way these people can make money and continue to do this two people if you get a call same to call this number report them to the police the Better Business Bureau and write bout it on here to help save another from being scam dont let them scare u into paying
