Received a phone call this morning from this number (314) 738-7500. I did not get to my phone in time to answer it (cell phone) so I'm not sure what it was about. I looked up the number on the internet and found out that it originated from Macy's (possible collection Agency ?). I have not done any shopping at Macy's for several years, and I do not owe them any money. There was no message left on my voice mail. Unsure on what the call was about. Please be careful when answering this phone number as it may be a scam to get personal information from the people they call.

I got a call from this number. Caller ID said "Macy's Inc". I was trying to exchange an item from a recent order and got disconnected. It was just the customer service agent calling to continue the exchange.

Ask if you are being recorded (they will say yes).  Say good.  Speak very clearly, and explain you are recording it as well. Specifically say, I do not wish to be contacted by phone again.  Then repeat it this way, do not contact me by phone again.  Then hang up.  You have rights, people. Use them.

It's a scam what kind of recording asking you for your whole social number !!!

This isn't necessarily a collection call.  I recently registered at a bridal show for Macy's.  It's customer service.  I know it isn't a collection call b/c i don't have a credit card with them, and i don't owe them any money.  They are probably just wondering why i haven't come to "register" any items yet.

Got a call late this morning from a Yolanda Shirley "regarding an important business matter" and to "call back today at 800-545-1256".  I've never done business with Macy's or have I bought anything from there in well over 15 years!

Just got a call from this number. I don't have a Macy's account and don't even have any store credit cards. I didn't answer, and no message was left. I'm going to report it to the donotcall.gov website as my phone number is unlisted and on the Do Not Call list.

Call came in on my cellphone.  I've never done any business with Macy's.

I ordered a shirt from Macy's. The sleeves were 3 inches too short and I can't get them to fix it. I've sent 5 emails over 2 months. Now, I'm getting calls from this number. Macy's sucks. All I wanted them to do was send a replacement and pick up the bad shirt. Why all the time needed to fix?

I don't answer phone calls from area codes I don't know.
If it was Macy's..I don't owe them anything, nor have I ever bought anything from them.

Somebody named "Mr. Harris" called twice in a two minute period and left a message on my Google Voice voice mail, asking me to call 800-545-1256 for a personal business matter.

Get yourself a Google Voice number, you will never be harassed by debt collection jerks again!

Received an unwanted call from this number.

I had received numerous calls from Macy's Collection in India a few months ago 24/7. People were extremely rude - almost threatening.M Calls starting again from 341-738-7500-again Macy's  Collection Dept - I DO NOT, WILL NEVER have a Macy's card after that experience and tell all of my friends DO NOT SHOP MACY'S.  If you will call 513-579-7000 (Corporate Office) and lodge a complaint - your number will be removed!!!

This is a collection call from Macy's.  If you are even one day late on a scheduled payment, they start calling.  The Do Not Call lists do not apply, they can call you because you have a business relationship with the company.  They will drive you nuts.  The only way to stop them is to either pay up or file bankruptcy or talk to them and work out a payment plan.

TRACED THIS CALL AND IT IS FROM  BRIDGETON, MO.. SOME OF THE MESSAGES STATE THIS IS FROM MACY'S DEPT. STORE.  I AM LISTED ON DO NOT CALL DIRECTORY, BUT THESE PEOPLE STILL GET THRU.  I DON'T UNDERSTAND IT...

I also received a call from this number and it was Macys.

This number is one of Macy's customer service numbers.  I ordered a couch from them and they called to scedule the delivery from this very number.

Just received a call from this number on my cellphone which is registered on the Do Not Call list (and I will report it there too). I didn't have my glasses on so I couldn't see the number.  I answered and no one was there.  The call was at 2:44PM EST. And we pay for that on cellphones. Hence, NO CELL PHONE DIRECTORY. I don't want to be listed which is why I use a cellphone!

Calls everyday between 9 and 11 am.  Calls again around 1 or so.  Calls again at 3-3:30 pm.  Calls again around 5 or 8 depending.  Never leaves a message and nothing happens when I try to call it back.  It's getting quite annoying filling up my missed calls and taking my time everyday.
