Ahhhh, after looking at your response I think I know what's going on. I went to an event where there was a drawing for home improvements. I bet this is what it is.

This number keeps calling me. I finally called back and got a message of course. It was True Home Value or something like that. It said you can't cancel or change an appt from this number and to stay on the line to leave a vm for the marketing dept. I left a vm asking them nicely to stop calling me. We'll see if it works. I don't know how they got my number or why there are calling.

Caller Thomas Conatruction!!!!  Would not give them a dime!!!  Already know what poor craftsmanship involved and would never give this freakin company a dime.  Funny call from them nice Asian lady asking several questions before hand they ask the zip code and then the town.  Funny thing the Zip code should automatically pull up the town!  No thanks scammer try again next time!!

Called my cell phone and did not leave a message.  Thanks for this site - they are now set up to go straight to voice mail.

Receiving phone calls from Thomas Construction. Called my cell phone leaving sexual messages on my voice mail.  Low voice, whispering, Saved the message have proof, going to contact BBB, owner of Thomas Construction, Fox 2 news and anyone else who would like to know this story.  This kind of behavior makes me ill!!!!!

Just entered a contest for $15,000 home improvement makeover on Fox 2 News website this morning.  It asked me if I wanted a free estimate & consult, and I declined.  They are calling me anyway..already once on my home phone & once on my cell.  I think I'll report them to Fox 2 News, so maybe they can take the contest off their website or at least warn people.

This is Thomas Construction, and they have been calling me repeatedly for days on end, multiple times a day, at all hours. Last week, they were calling from a different number (see below), and a woman left a message twice trying to "confirm my appointment" for an estimate on gutter guards. I never made an appointment with them at all for such a consultation, but that is a trick they use to get you to call them back, at which time I assume they try to talk you into an appointment. They have also called me from 314-739-1111. I never answer the phone, and since being harrassed by them endlessly, I will never do business with them. They have a kiosk at South County mall where you can register to win some free home remodeling, which is how they got my number. I am sure that turns out to be some sort of scam anyway. I am thinking of reporting them to BBB.

I'm in the market for new windows and Thomas was offering $100 in Rams Bucks for an estimate.  First they set a 1 hour appointment to measure, then they tell me my wife has to be there.  Why?  I'm old enough to let them in to measure and as for a window decision, my wife couldn't care less.  This company is scum, no better than time-share salesmen.  AVOID!!!

These people call me several times a day...I never spoken to them and now they have begun to leave messages where they whisper in a low voice and say my name over and over...It is very creepy and I am going to report them to everyone I know!!!!!!!!

I have received 4 calls from this number in under 24 hours! I don't answer numbers I don't know, and they never leave a voicemail. All four calls were received between 6pm and 8pm.

I start getting the calls on my home phone about two weeks ago.  They were on my caller id but did not leave a message.  I now get them a couple of times a day.  I just got one on my cell phone.  I have never answered their calls now I know I won't ever answer the calls.  I think I will report them to BBB also.

Same here. Many many calls never a message. They call my home and cell. Always late evening. Even got one at 10 till 10.

Thomas Construction at 8:13 p.m.  Supposedly had talked with someone about a replacement of a door.  Unfortunately for the caller, they had an old owners name but my phone number.

Thomas Construction. They never stop no matter what you say or request. They call and call and call some more. I've asked to be taken off their call list and they say ok, but two weeks later and they are at it again. One thing is for certain...they do not comprehend the word "NO". Do yourself a favor and never even answer this number.

I get calls everyday, sometimes twice, early morning and evening calls. Why does this company allow this, when you have made it aware that your not interested, and please quit calling. What are my options?

Repeated calls over several days, and I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.  I suggest all do the same.
