Called this number back and kept getting either a busy signal or a recorded message saying that all circuits were "busy". This phone number appears to be intended for outgoing calls only. Area code of 314 is for St. Louis area, which is where Credit Control LLC has its offices. Suspicions only at this time. May be Credit Control LLC, but no proof just yet.

Error on my last post. I would not want them to "sing" for it but sign for it would be what would happen. Then you can sue them it they continue to call you.

At 8:24 this morning a call from 314-814-8868 and it went to my voice mail. Some man named Ray Mini was calling from Credit Control and to call 800-281-1882. I already sent them a letter stop calling and put them on my blocked caller list. I think they outsourced the call now since their 800 number is on my blocked call list.
