Guys, the only way to stop these S.O.B.'s is to report them to the FCC/FTC.  Make sure and file complaints against them at donotcall.gov - I have filed a separate complaint for each of the 6+ times that they have called me.  Thanks.

dont get into there scam they say they are going to serve you papers but need to confirm place of employment this is a number overseas but us in the us if they new where you worked would already serve you with the papers they stated this is a scam

Received a very strange message stating I have a civil suit against me and unless I call I will be served. Last time I checked process servers didn't call and warn you first. I've never had a payday loan, looked into one once and then decided against it. After that the phone calls started. It's really getting annoying

Received several calls notifying me that they received a fax regarding a civil issue against me and unless i returned their call i would be served papers at my work or home. All recorded messages. Did not identify self/business/nothing. Scam

just received message on vmail stating I failed to make arrangements for payday loan they will be contacting my HR dept to make arrangements to be served at my property but if the company here from me today to make arrangement they wont contact my employment

Just received a phone call from these people saying I'm going to get served.

My mother and sister's have been receiving harassing and unwanted calls all day from that number and they keep telling them I dont live there I dont have my own house phone or they would be calling me as well its one thing to call me but to harass my family is another thing

They are so full of BS that I need a shovel. I wish they were a real firm so that I can sue them. The voicemails they left are worth pure gold in court. Sadly they are scummy little weasels. They change phone numbers more than I change underwear in a week.

2 Voice mail messages left claiming I was guilty of fraud and would be served papers and have to go to court.Very annoying. No company name given just said call their number and ask for the legal dept. Yeah, right..not happening. Very unprofessional

Fake caller, they claim to be the summons department stating you have fraudulent activity on your social security number and so on. These people have no idea how the court system works im sure, just a slum operation working out of St. Louis. Called and left a MSG on my work phone.

They called me acting rude on the phone first of all then telling me that oh u gonna be sorry when u go to court then hung up n my face! They had my name, ss#,etc.. They said I owed a payday loan! A scam please stop them from making annoying harassing calls

This is a fake, albiet a good one, that has all of your vital info, name, address, employment, bank, bank acct # etc etc. They will lie and say you owe a pass debt or have defaulted on a pay day loan. They wont tell you the amount borrowed, when it was borrowed, or who the name of their company is or where they are located. comeplete BS dont fall for it!!
