Express Scripts must have a clue that in this day and age NOBODY but a total idiot would pick up on a call that's labled "name unavailable" and thereby confirm it is a working, answering number, to spam on for the rest of eternity. This is just one more example of why I use their co-pays at the pharmacy but will never deal with them personally, such as their "Home Delivery" program.
That program is designed by the same people who decided not to ID themselves when calling customers, Bah!!!

Express Scripts is a legit pharmacy. We are assigned to them as military members. It is not a pharmacy for illegal prescription drugs. You cannot blame them for a loved one's addiction any more than you could blame Walgreens or CVS or any other legitimate pharmacy. Sorry for your troubles, but they are not related to Express Scripts.

HOW TO STOP these morons from calling me!!!!???
God sakes man, how many times do they need to harass me!!!
| Ron Risley 2011-07-21 15:34:29 Unknown |
Yes, Express Scripts is a big company. Yes, they contract with a number of pharmaceutical companies to manage their patient assistance programs (free medications for the needy). They also contract with a number of insurance plans to manage their pharmacy benefit plans. They also provide transmission of prescriptions between medical practices and pharmacies.
They tout their privacy practices, but they have disclosed protected health information to me for patients not in my practice. They send faxes that violate federal laws (no contact number, invalid headers, missing or invalid caller ID). If you try to contact them about their HIPAA and telecommunications law violations, they send you through a convoluted (7 or more web pages) process -- including having to agree to THEIR terms and conditions just to submit a complaint -- and then make only token efforts to contact you with clarification. It would seem that they're capable of harassing innocents but not returning calls that might help them identify problems with their privacy practices.

this makes sense that this company is calling about medication. I applied with my new dr for a drug assitance program for Dexilant (great GERD drug) they are probably wanting to verify my information. I wish my husband let me know they called or i wish they left a message on the machine..i will ask my husband about this...thanks everyone for posting under this number because i had no clue why this number was on the caller id...thank god for caller id!

This is Express Scripts in St. Louis, mail order pharmacy, they are a legit (and large) operation, and they have the wrong phone number for a prescription fill. If you call them at 1-877-697-7088 just go through the prompts as if you are a legit customer, until you get to a point where you can enter "your subscriber number which has letters in it" (choice 7) then start hitting 0 after that for each choice, they will switch you to an operator who will remove your errant number from the pharmacy file of someone else. It worked for me; they were nice about it, just tell them you know someone might be missing out on the prescription due to wrong number, and that a human voice caller from St. Louis Express Scripts leaves you a message on your phone in error. Same outgoing number by the way if they are trying to fax "you" a prescription form.

the call was cut off about the time i thought i heard a voice say hello...but i had been put on hold for a couple of minutes.

Express Scripts. This is a legit mail-order prescription service. I'm just seconding the fact that they are legit, but if they are faxing you, you should be able to call them back at this number. An alternate number is 1-866-579-4655. (Not that I'm defending them or anything. I find them annoying!)

This is a company called Express Scripts--a mail order pharamacy, I'm not sure how I ended up on their call list...when I contacted the 800 number (which I obtained from the previous post--thanks!), I was told they had me on their call list based on my old insurance carrier--BlueCrossBlueShield but that they didn't have a record of making any outgoing calls to me. I let me know I want to be taken off their call list, as I've never subscribed to Express Scripts and no long have BCBS as my insurance carrier, and had received 4 calls in a row in one day from this number. The customer service rep told me they would take my name off the list, and she wasn't sure why I was getting calls since they didn't have a record of making any outgoing calls to me--sounded a bit fishy, but hopefully I won't get any more calls from this number!

This is a terrible story, but I found this number on the cell phone of someone who is close to me directly after he was arrested for drug possession. I looked it up online and found this thread. I suspect, though I don't know for sure, that whatever company called from this phone had something to do with his addiction. I wish these "online pharmacies" were subject to more scrutiny.

This is a patient assistance pharmacy number, they can't leave info I guess because they aren't allowed to. Somehow they have your number on file. If you answer them once they might stop calling.

Exactly. Get ur s*** straight, I've never ordered meds from you guys.

Yes, in fact, I just got a call from this number. It was the people from Pardue drug company who generously enable my disabled husband to get his very expensive medication. They are a life-saver, and a God send! Thank you Pardue! Those of you who don't know what this is all about should not be bad-mouthing a very generous organization. There is no way my husband could fill his prescription if it were not for their help. It is a wonderful service to those unable to afford the highly costly medicines that are necessary for the treatment of their illness or disease. Again, thanks to this teriffic company!

STOP CALLING ME, I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST
| Margaret Eglinton 2011-01-06 22:32:12 Unknown |
I get approximately 16 calls per day from unknown numbers. Please help me to find out who is doing this and how I can stop it. These are a list of the phone numbers that are unknown to me but ring my phone everyday. I am on a national cellphone "Do Not Call" list, however, these people don't even speak so I cannot advise them to quit calling me. This is the list:
1) 314-919-4570
2) 202-607-2733
3) 202-607-2746
4) 202-607-2744
5) 202-607-2731
6) 202-607-2731
7) 612-706-3261
8) 202-607-2732
This is just a sample of the many, many calls I get per day. Can't someone do something to stop this please.
Thank you
Margaret Eglinton

they are a free script place. i got free lyrica from pfizer from this company... which is nice to get from my dr considering i dont have a high income. so, they shouldnt be soliciting, someone in your house may be getting help from them to recieve free meds bc they cant afford them . so, this should be legit. i have this number on my script bottle 877-4865387, and i know they are real ... any other number, i wont vouch for. make sure u dont ever give any info about yourself to anyone who calls u, so they cant steal ur identity... make sure they know ur info ur dr, ect, they tell u , not u tell them! i hope this helps . thanks everyone who reports, and we all stick together and watch each others backs so these people who are NOT legit cant hurt us.. so keep reporting if u are suspiscious, even if its legit, protect ur identity!

They are calling from the AZ&Me program (Astra Zeneca) where you apply for help with prescription medications. I take Zomig for my migraines and I used a coupon they have on their site. I received an email from them saying they have a new program available, so I signed up for it and evidently it is better than the coupon. It IS legit. If it is a wrong number then don't get all fussy. There is no reason to harass the person doing their job on the other line. Just say they got the wrong number and to have a nice day, end of story. They are calling because you need to submit paperwork to prove you need help with paying your medications and you haven't faxed or mailed it, yet (which is my case because I've been busy). The guy seemed really nice on the voicemail, clearly explained from where and why he was calling, and left a customer service number to call back at.

Real Voice Attempt on my cell phone and yes it's probably from Express Scripts. Not only can't they get the script right, but they should know by now that very few people will answer this number. Express Scripts is totally screwed up!

This business provides medication for patients with behavioral health issues who are unable to pay for their meds.
Before everyone has a stroke about who is calling you, do some research on the Internet.

I received two calls from this number. It is an automated dialer for several companies however when I answered the second time, they were with Express Scripts calling about a prescription program that I had applied for. Not sure who else they may auto dial for but in this case, they were a lifesaver!
