i've gotten two calls from this number. both times i hear "hello" from a man and then the call goes dead. i'd love for it to stop!

me call fail every time try to call back

I received a call from this number (314-921-8541) on my cell, answered it, no response. Next time I won't even answer. I hope the idiot is paying long distance charges for each of these calls.

I got a call from that number at 2:19 pm today, while I was at work. I answered, he said "hello," and it went dead after 13 seconds. I tried calling back, and it was disconnected. Weirdest thing ever. Creepier now that I know the same thing is happening to other people..

Mine went to voicemail, and some lady talked really fast about interest percents and to call an 800 number.

Received call at 1:02. Call answered. In a man's voice, someone says "Hello?" and hangs up. The length of call, 00hr. 00min. 00sec.

They left a message on my company cell phone.  Some B.S. about "I'm Ann Johnson getting back to you about reducing your credit card debt", and gave an 800 number.

i missed this call and it went to my voice mail.
the voice mail was about 10 seconds long the first 2 seconds was someone saying hello and the rest was a lot of clicking.  i tried calling it back and it was a disconnect notice recording.

I live in Dallas, TX and got the call at 2:49 Central.  I was away from my desk, so it was a missed call - no message was left.  Naturally, I Googled the number and ended up here.  After reading all of your experiences, I can honestly say that if they call back, I won't be answering...  I use a Sprint cellphone.

I suspect that if they realize they've reached a business instead of a residence that they say "hello" and hangup.  If they think it is a personal cell or residence, you get the 1% interest rate pitch.

Got a call from this number--they left a message saying they are getting back to me about lowering my credit card interest rate to 1.5%.  Left an 800 number to call back.  It was a woman's voice, said her name was "ann."  I haven't initiated anything like this.

314 921 8541 called my cell.  i did not answer.  a woman left a message pretending she was returning a call about some kind of get out of debt bs.  i guess the hook is supposed to be that the interest rate is 1.something percent. i've never sought "get out of debt" anything. SCAM wrote all over it.

i've gotten a call from this number about 3 times. recieved one about 10 minutes ago and the last call before that was about a month. never answered the calls though. the first time was just a blank voicemail left.

I got a a call from this number and a man said "hello" then a hung up...similar to everyone else and it was a direct dial call to my work number, which I do not give out.

Said Missouri on the Call ID.

Duuuuude!!!! me too!!! They called and said nothing!I call back and its disonnected!weird stuff i think its a conspiracy!!! the government just wants to kno where we are at all times. And a ring on our cells is the way to do so. It would be great if they would stop

Called and left vm msg just saying 'Hello' and then silence.  Tried to call back but busy, probably making more of these annoying calls. Caller ID says it came from Ladue, MO.

Same as everyone else, this man called my business number and I answered professionally with my business name and my name.  He said "yeah, hi."  and then the line went dead.  I said hello a few more times and it went back to a dial tone.  This could be one of the scams that if you call back they charge for phone for thousands of dollars worth of long distance calls.  People can intercept your number and do that now... crazy stuff! (314) 921-8541 was the number that called me.

Called from this 314 # and left message to call 800-977-2091 to get interest rate as low as 1.5% on my "debt".
