Ordered 3 pr of sandals that never came.
Went to their website where my order was still listed as being processed nearly 8 weeks later.
Did contact them by email (no number) and got a reply stating they had shipped right away and gave me an EMS tracking number (Chinese). When I I entered the number there was no tracking g info for that number
Response from Robin from by email was that the items had been confiscated at customs but no info given as to which end. They claimed a large financial loss from the transaction and offered to refund 60%. I insisted on full refund and offered to investigate with customs if held up in US.
Next response had a new story......they now insisted I had received the product, wanted to return it and they offered to sell me another item.
I have entered a complaint through my credit card company.
DO NOT ORDER FROM thekeenoutlet.com. This is obviously a scam operation.

I ordered boots from- www.thekeenoutlet.com- Looked like a legitamate site.  They used the Keen logo and product line.   I charged them on my credit card, no comformation, payment was made to visamasterpay.com, no replies to my emails, no boots.  Supposed customer service number is 1-716-304-3902, but no one is home........... EVER!   These scam artists seem to be targeting shoe buyers.
Stay away from   www.thekeenoutlet.com   It's bad news!

Once again i'm feeling hurt because This lebron8.net that i ordered the shoes, and did not hear anything.........I hate this chinese fake website and their merchandise.......Lebron8.net is a total SCAMP. All they do is taking your money from bank account.  Actually, there are no merchandises for that company.  Once they're fooling around with us...............I'm very mad.. I would like to take them to the police, anybody want to do it with me, so we can get this situation resolve.

I did not get a call. I ordered shoes from jordanshoeslocker.com and this number was from the 3rd party pay pal and I have not received my shoes. I tried to call the number but it is not a working number. I have had to block my bank account and file a dispute to get the money back. Has anyone else ordered from jordanshoeslocker.com and had this experience?????

I purchased UGG boots on December 3rd and have not received the boots.  I have not been able to contact snowbootstrade.com eithe.  I am furious.... I am calling my bank to report fraud and dispute the claim.  Hopefully I can get my money back.....

Ordered item from this so called company 12/9/10-have never received. Credit card charged. Also send emails no response. Trying calling no answer. I am convinced it is a scam.

i also did they same im going to london in 2 days so couldnt cancel it, ie they blocked the account an i dont have to pay what they charged so glad everything worked out someone needs to stop them or something

I just called my credit card company and they said this is definitely a fraud company.  They have received MANY complaints.  I had to cancel my card and get a new number.  They will remove the charges and I will have to fill out a fraud statement which they will mail to me.  
The company is a copycat of a real Ugg company in Austrailia.  They are located in Japan.  Sometimes they send items to you, but not what you ordered and there is no way of returning or contacting them. Most of the time you do not receive anything at all.
I suggest you call you credit card fraud department.  My card was through Chase and they were very helpful.  Good luck

I ordered Ugg Boots 2 1/2 weeks ago from this company for Christmas gifts and I have not heard from them or received.  I am really angry.  I am going to contact my credit card company and see what they can do. There should be some way of reporting them.

My sister was scammed from www.outlet-coachoutlets.com  She was invoiced for $151  but when her account was drafted they took out $600.  After doing a little google search I found out this was a scam and they are in partner with www.visamasterpay.com   These were the contact details they sent her in an email.

I also have been scammed. Spent $204 on www.snowbootstrade.com aka uggbootonsaler.com. Their online chat doesn't work. No response to email. No phone number. Received order number. Shipping thru EMS but no tracking number. Processed thru visamasterpay.com w/ phone numbers 315-2791168 & 86-18930646551 listed. Not working numbers of course. Was charged $211 when receipt shows different. Sent emails to both companies. No response yet. Contacted credit card company and will be filing dispute on Friday if no response before. Contacted Ugg, this site is not authenic as website states!

I think I have been scammed also, I placed an order for a juicy couture handbag I have tried to contact them by telephoner and email, I did receive  an email saying they would be sending me my tracking information later, which is not normally how business is handled. Well I have learned.
