The Do Not Call List doesn't work! -- There are too many loopholes and I don't believe anyone even monitors it! -- Also, many of these call come from out of the country. So, how are you going to catch them or fine them even if someone was monitoring the list

You can register your land line and cell phone with the "Do Not Call" list. Then if you get these calls, you can post a complaint. The government tries to prosecute these companies.
