I'm 89 Y/O and I do not want any thing, I do have enough already in this life; let  me alone !!!!!!!

"Retention Department" on the caller ID.  Calls at least 1-2 times each week.  I just filed a complaint at https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx.  Hopefully enough complaints to the FTC and these guys will be shut down.

Thanks for the info.  They call my office once a day, come up on caller ID as Retention Dept. I was not busy
today, so I took the call listened to the message and pressed 1 to get a live operator. When the person came on about lowering my electric bill, I said what I really want is for you to stop calling me...he then hung up!  These are a bunch of loser people that work for minimum wage and get some monetary percentage if they hook a customer.  Being on the Do Not Call List does not seem to help.

Calling constantly. They have been at it for weeks... maybe longer. I NEVER answer when I see their number on my caller ID. Its a sin that we have to buy caller ID just to be left alone in our own homes.

Why is this nonsense even legal?

Thanks to everyone who has been able to shed some light  on these people, I really appreciate it and always return information when I can.

They call me EVERY GODDAMN DAY to solicit b***s*** energy rates. Then their robo caller leaves a message on voicemail, which I then have to deal with.

I am so sick getting    these calls. I received the above number twice today.
I fell down trying to answer, I will not answer any calls if  don't screen them, first now.       ,just hope my three kids
or a relative doesn't needs me quickly.

I am on the do not call list, not worth a hill of beans.

i too got a call from retention and that same 3152859930 number.  i'm just glad i wasn't on a call and decided to click them in.  i wasn't home but no. remained on my phone.

I got many calls from different "electric companies" trying to change my electric rate by changing electricity carrier, asking many, much to many questions conecting to different agents, very fishy. Today I got call from (315) 285 9930. I asked  if they represent any electric company the replied "they only wanted inform me what kind of discount I can get. when I went to get my electric bill they hang up on me.

They are calling my phone every day and hang up. Never liave a message. I believe thisi is scam.

Idiots called me yet again today, phone rang once, then they called right back and it rang twice, which displayed their caller ID info.  Didn't recognize the number, who knows what these losers want.

they call and hang up.   where does that get them.  they must work on a commission as to how many calls they make a day.

Got this call two minutes ago. Rang once and hung up. They called last Friday and left no message. The name comes up as simply as Retention Department. RD of what, I don't know.  :)

I get more than 1 call a day from this number. The caller ID says"Retention Center"

they are choice one communications, which though the number is ny, they are not located in nys. they are registered with an anonymous agent in nyc.  which is an office with an operator.  notice the ceo is in georgia

This company calls several times a day, a recorded message.  If you call this number, no one answers or they hang up on you without saying anything.  It is an energy company, probably the one that took my last name from the mailbox, made up a first name and sent a bill to the phony name.  Probably also the one that goes door to door pretending to be from Con Edison

Received two calls today.  When I pick up they just hang up without a word.  I am on the Do No Call list.   How do you get rid of these people?

This number keeps calling me and I feel as if I am constantly being harassed!!!!

I'm sure this is yet another spam/scam call.  It seems like the phone rings with fake solicitations and 'power companies' wanting to lower your rates more than actual legitimate calls.  

Does anyone know what this is?
