This gentleman didnt have any real personal information about me and I figured it was a scam. When I got home I google the number and found other people had been scammed by this guy.

Got a call from these people and they where very rude.

This number is now disconnected.

They keep calling my cell phone, over and over, threatening me in bad english.  I called up the firm that he mentioned and they said they have never heard of "James E. McMillan".  He has been calling me multiple times.  I called up the police to report him, but the phone calls continue from the this number.

this man just called my job again after i told him that i was fired because he was harrassing me and disturbing my coworkers... he said that he would get me my job back after i gave him my credit card info.. i then laughed and he said this is not a laughing matter i will make sure you  do not work for 10yrs!!! Can you believe this man.. so this morning he call my job and my coworker tell him that i do not work there anymore to stop calling he says he will not stop he will continue to call every second he called back to back for 30 min,. calling on several diffrent lines at the same time and just hang up and then my coworkers told him to stop calling and that they could not understand his accent was very heavy he then called them the "N" word and hung up he did this to two of my coworkers.. this man is an "(a**) I have filed a police report and now we are trying to block his number..... what ppl will do

A man named Bob Wilson called my boss and left a message for me to call. I called and his accent was so thick that I couldn't understand him. He said he was with White and Case law firm and a lawsuit had been filed against me. I had a real hard time getting him to give me more information but he said it was from a payday loan co. I have no idea about that! I told him in no uncertain terms not to ever call my work again or I would call my lawyer and he would hear from her in a hurry!

this man keeps calling me at work.. not just once but back to back after my coworkers tell him that I'am not availble he continues to call. and then the receptionest tells him that i cannot have personal callas and he tells her that he will continue to call untill he can speak to me. She tells him that he will get thru to me on the work line and he says that's fine I'll continue to call and speak to you (laughs and hangs up) he then calls again and again I answer and ask him to please stop calling my work number as it is disturbing my co workers and this is harrasment. He then starts yelling at me saying i need to give him credit card information i told him to call me back after 5pm on my cell as he has that number too. He then hangs up calls my work # again and yells at me again..

He called me and told me that he was going to take me to court for a $400 payday loan. I have never even received any type of loan. Really freaked me out.

I told my work number to tell them I don't work there....I don't need the harrassment,calls stopped at work

Have had several calls from this number.....since I don't owe anyone any money I feel it's a frude

Claimed he's a lawyer, demanded to pay a debt which I do not owe.
Constantly calling harrassing me on my job, unsetting my work schedule.

These people keep calling my work.  How do I get them to stop??

315-294-0106 called and said they were attorneys? and was looking for some person I havent seen in years, they said if I didnt pay some bill they would take ME to court and report it against my credit.

Now they accuse me of having 25 fathers,How can they get away with this

Just go a call from the middle eastern man claiming that he was Steve Foster with the law office of White and Case. He asked for my lawyers bar number and said that he had an electronic signature of mine as as a cosignor on a loan with US National Bank.  I called White and Case and no Steve Foster works there. I told him to fax what he had to me and he said he would only fax it to my lawyer. I told him a fax number and he still has not faxed anything. Of course he is lying because I have never co signed anything in my life.  I then called him back and he has hung up on my twice.  I told him I was going to report him for harrasment.  He hung up on me again. Obviously this guy is a FRAUD who is trying to get money out of anyone he can scare into believing him. He is very threatening with his demeanor but don't give in to the FRAUD man.  I did mention to him that his accent did not lead me to believe he was a Steve and he said he took that as a compliment...so people are WACKO!

A set of our Bankruptcy clients called upset stating this person keeps calling their house & jobs. I called the 315-294-0106 & a middle eastern man answered & after I verified our clients home phone & name. I preceeded to tell him our clients are protected in bankruptcy & he can not contact them, threaten or sue them. I asked who he was, he then demanded my attorney's bar number and name. I told him if he was an attorney as he told me - he would have access to that without me telling him. I asked for his Bar NO, he said 1380200. He then told me that he was James E. McMillan in NY on Fulton St from the Law office of White & Case. I told him that 315 was not an area code of New York & that was not the phone number on file for James McMillan. I quickly got off the phone & called the REAL James McMillan.  This legitimate attorney was SO UPSET.  Good news the guy had the wrong Bar No. I then told our clients they have to file a police report. Even after I called and told this fraud to stop - he called our client at his job to continue to threaten that the Finanical Fraud Deptmt was taking a judgment. The fraud man attempts to get social security numbers, bank numbers, names, dates of birth and ATTORNEY Bar Nunmbers.

My wife took a call from someone named Bob Wilson.. yea im sure he was as middle eastern as they come. He was claiming that I defaulted on a payday loan. I have had them in the past but i have never defaulted on them. And after seeing what a waste of money they are after paying them off i have never taken another one. Anyway this guy was threatening my wife telling her that they were a Fraud investigation division and that they were in the middle of a criminal proceding that if i didnt pay the money i owed them that i would be put in jail. They did have alot of my information which makes me ask the quesiton who are these creditors selling our information to. This is a scam, maybe a dinky debt collector but a scam. These people probably bought a lot of information for pennies and are using it to try to scam people out of money.

Keep getting a call from this number telling me that i am going to get sued for not paying a payday loan....i have never in my life used one but the have last 4 of my ssn how is that how do i report these people
