I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY LIST and somehow they are still calling me...what gives?

it isn't really from Utica, it is a VoIP number... if I had to guess I'd say the scammer making these calls is anywhere but Utica.

If you recently gave your information to SCHOLARSHIPS.COM, those are the people who are selling your info... I know because the number I gave them, I had never given anybody else before.

The phone calls these guys are making are in violation of BANDWIDTH.COM Phone Company's AUP (Acceptable use Policy) BANDWIDTH.COM can terminate there account if they want to.That is something.
Again, Call them and complain!! That will help stop these guys.

This is some kind of scam or fraud, do not answer their call, do not give them any information.

If you have already given them any kind of personal info, assume they are going to use it for fraud and contact your bank or credit card right away and have your account frozen.

I honestly don't know what these people are pulling, but I know it is dishonest.

That BANDWIDTH.COM Phone Company info only means that whoever is making these calls is probably doing them through a 3rd party that contracts out VoIP, and there is a good chance that this person is anonymous to anybody other than law enforcement with a subpoena... Apparently tons of people were getting calls from another BANDWIDTH.COM number (469-464-9384) and the company itself was powerless to do anything short of cutting off Google Voice from their service.

Received a call at 12:20 from this number. A young man spoke very quickly about a recent survey and wanted to ask questions. Didn't take a survey so we hung up. Very weird...

World Neighbors or wn.org site said they are not them. The are impersonating them.

I called 315-316-1031 and asked where there office is so I could stop by. They hung up, big surprise.

The Phone company they use is internet based its name is below, I called them and they confirmed the phone  # is on there network and they would not release the owners name without a sapena. Again no big surprise I filed a complaint on there web page for all the good it will do, feel free to do the same.If you woul like to call and complain the phone provider even better! Called again at 11:55am today. Which is weird, because they called my work phone, when before they called my cellphone. I answered, but got no reply.

Called trying to say I took a survey looking for a job in a medical field, and seemed like a scam.

Just called me. Rang twice and hung up.

"Mike" called on one cell to say we had done an online survey and he would like to ask questions to match us up with jobs.  We hadn't done a survey and are retired and don't want jobs!
Called a second time on a different cell, but I didn't answer.

I'm sitting in class right now and I just got this call. Didn't bother answering it but I definitely didn't fill out any survey.

Called me at 11:07am today. I didn't answer, and they left no message. Googling the number shows it's out of Utica, but can't find anything else.

Called my cell phone this morning at 920AM. Said I filled out a survey looking for a job. Told him I hadn't filled out any surveys, and I'm gainfully employed and not looking for a job. He argued with me saying I did. When I got home, my wife told me that she got a call on the house phone from an individual saying that a survey was filled out pertaining to college. Again, no one at home filled out a survey. Both calls just smelled of a scam.
