I keep a whistle by my phone.  I haven't used it yet when this number calls but today may be the day.  I was thinking about getting a fog horn myself!

How do you go about suing them.  

The other day I got 14 calls in less than a 3 hour span.  I filed a police report.  I am still getting the calls.  They start like clockwork at around 3:30 p.m. every day.  I keep a whistle by my phone at home.  I just might get it out next time they call and I am at home.

Called after 9 at night.  told them you cannot call after nine you jack***.  A woman with a foreign accent.  I am sure it was aCanadian pharmacy.  they call from all different numbers.

Foreign speaking man asking for my husband.  I said I was recording this call and he hung up.

This "Canadian pharmacy" is different than other telemarketers because when you call back, they actually answer the phone (most of them use numbers that are no longer in service).  That aside, we've never bought drugs online or on the phone and have no idea how they got our cell phone numbers.  We usually assign them to a Spam folder on our contacts list and switch to a silent ringtone. If I'm feeling particularly annoyed by this ongoing violation of my privacy, I'll continually dial the number, just to slow down their so-called "business."

Not answering causing them to stop based on economics only works for legitimate companies. This is a U.S. and India based counterfeit pharmaceutical seller calling themselves Canadian Pharmacy (remember our stupid elected officials pushing our citizens to order from Canada? Most pharma turned out to be counterfeit from India and Mexico) using a contracted boiler room call center in Mumbai. The callers get paid pennies so it makes no difference to the true people behind them.

Wife received a call from this number, female said she was my "mistress". I laughed, wife didn't. Got on this website late last night after self defense measures proved fruitless. After showing wifey the responses I was exonerated. Thanks for the creative genius of the person responsible for this app. Called the number this morning and gave them royal hell. FCC should get on top of this crap.

The call originates from Canada through a trunk line in NY.  That is how they get around the "do not call" laws................

I have asked the parties to stop calling me for the last 6 months and they keep callingh even when I requested to be taken off their list. I am running out of options.

This number calls at least 5 times a day, we never answer! We are on the 'No Call' list but this one seems to squeak through the system somehow. Do not answer 'Yes' if you do answer this call! it is a scam!! I have spoken to a few other people and read several things about this caller and it is not a legit caller! Do not answer this caller! I've never ordered prescriptions over the phone and never will.  And my phone is on the do-not-call registry. My little bit of revenge when they call (they always ask for Michael) is to say sure, he's here, hold on a minute.  Then I set the phone down next to me and keep working.  Then every couple of minutes I pick up the phone again and say oh, sorry, he'll be right here.  So far the longest I've kept them on the phone is 5 minutes before they hang up.  Then I block the number they've used so it won't ring through again.  Sure it's petty, but after months of these people ringing my phone it gives me a bit of satisfaction to annoy them.

If others do the same it will slow down their ability to make calls and harass people.  I can't believe people actually buy stuff from them?
