Caller says his name sis Charles Green.  He called and left several messages on my work phone number stating he is an attorney and I must call him immediately or have my attorney call him

Charles Green called me too...they call all the time with same thing...its fraud...

ask them to fax inform to you or mail you something

just talk to a Charles Green saying the the samething too me too

called me and said i took out a payday loan last feb. and never paid it back. and was threatening to have me arrested tomarrow morning and take my social security .This time he had a foreign accent and said his name was Charles Green.

I praise God i found these comments. I received a call from 315-381-4210 he said his name was Sean Davis. I immediately called back thinking it was legitimate but was blown away by his attitude and lack of respect. He actually hung up on me when I told him I could not understand him because of his accent. Then he had the nerve to tell me to stop cussing at him because he was a noble man!!!!what ever!!!! Thank you everybody for making a supposed to cuz now I realize that I don't have a warrant out for my arrest. . Once again thank you everybody for posting as I just wish we would make this thing a little easier to find and well marked. Do not fall into their trap!! Thanks again everybody!!

In one week I received 3 calls from the either a Legal Dept./Criminal Justice department 315-364-1517from Ron Taylor, inCaller: Dept. of Legal Something or Other. I received another call from Mark Clark, at the dept. of legal ???????. I did not recognize the number as I was at work and on another call at the time. I did call back, 415-952-5630-but this time it was Bernard Mark who answered as soon as I said I would report him, he hung up immediately.Just be aware that these phone numbers are out there .This is the third call from Senior Attorney Peter Jones 770-708-3135 who represents Cash Advance USA and said that it I had 3 violations and would I like to settle this matter today as they had my social security number and indicated that I would be arrested if I did not resolve the matter that day via Western Union in the amount of $300.00 and then has the nerve to call for an additional $150.00 for Tony Schatz Supervisor of Cash Advance USA.  I get calls like this all the time at work and am very very upset about it.  I have had both of their numbers blocked from my work phone. They are all fraudulent and I have turned the name and number of the person that called to my Identity Theft Company as well as the FBI; BBB and local Law enforcement.  They can not do anything but just take the information.

I tried to call them on my personal phone and the line cut off.  I am trying right now to call from work number and I get a beep and no one answers the call.

To me it it just a fraudulent and scam call., I wish that they could catch these bas.........ds.  They think that they own the world but most of us do not take it.  I just waited while I was typing this info in there any none answered the call. I filed a formal complaint with the FBI and the Federal Trade Commission office.

They left a message on my voicemail the mann said his name was Ron Taylor and he was from crimial justice. He said they had a warrent for my arrest to call him back or there would be serious consequences. They called my work phone, which I am having this number blocked. This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself.

Same thing here...said there were 3 warrants for my arrest and I would be taken to court tomorrow morning.  What is this all about?

Received a call from Michael with the Criminal Justice Services. Said they had a warrant pending for me. He had an oriental sounding voice .

They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

omg i was just talking to these people. i keep asking what they wanted and "michael johnson" wouldnt tell me. He said he would fax the "law suit" info to my employer.  but i keep asking what he wanted and he wouldnt tell me.

i think its from something i signed up for online and didnt uncehck a box now they have my info.  i tried to call back multiple times and he wont answer the phone.

I recieved a phone call this morning from this number , the gentleman had a heavy middle eastern accent, he said he is with the criminal justice department and that he has a law suit against me..I just told him I am in no trouble and I would appreciate he not call my number ever again. I don't understand why these freaks dont just get a job like the rest of us instead of praying on innocent people as a way of living..I know this is a scam!!!

Received 3 calls from 315-364-1517 claimed they were calling from Criminal Justice services and had three arrest warrants for me to be served tomorrow morning... wanted me to verify my social sercuity number and birthdate... spoke with an officer Eric Smith... would not tell me anything about these warrants or who had file them... just they would be served on me and it would be a code 7

I started getting calls from this number and they call every 10 minutes. What is it for?
