Kathren bell keeps calling me twlling me I owe money on a loan and I need to pay it back asap and that I have a warrent out on me. She even got into it with the barberton ohio police ppl. They keep calling me leaving me voice mails ..

and when i called back and asked for an address for them as well as their name, the company was supposedly called Criminal Office Legal Justice System and was told they wouldn't give me their address and that my account was already closed.

I just received a call from a Pauline Clark who was oriental and when she started saying my information, the information was incorrect.  I could hear people in the background talking so it was a call center.  I'm not sure what they wanted but she stated she would fax my attorney the case.

I got the same call today, I also fell for it thanks guys

I got a call today from 315-370-4950,  I was told that there is a complaint against me from Payday Loan USA,  they told me that I will be arrested, I told her that I would not mind 3 hot meals and cot at my age 49 let the government take care of me, instead of me cooking and cleaning for a wife and 3 kids.  The lady could not understand what I was talking about.  I then proceeded to tell her that the "case" is included in bankruptcy and asked her if she wanted my case number.  She was flabbergasted, and did not know what to say, she would have to ask her supervisor.  I told her that I would wait, but as usual she hung the phone up.

so, i got this call and sent it to voicemail. when i listened to it, it was a "karen chong" from some "legal firm" claiming there was going to be an arrest warrant issued for refusal to pay a cash advance i supposedly took out in new york. seeing as how i have never stepped foot in new york, i called bullshoes on it. i'm glad i decided to google the number instead of just freaking out thinking someone stole my identity and that i was going to jail for 3+ years over something i didn't do.

I got the same call, and the woman said my name and she said that the warrant pot for my rarest out on Friday and I would have 48 hours to get my info together and call my layer and see if hetly could do any help. And few mounths ago I had a so called layer in California calling me, so I called the FBI in California and they said yes its a fraud in California and the wanted my money to represent me in court over the samerhing CASH ADVANCE and ill be calling the Seattles FBI to talk to these people. And I found this site, I'm glad I'm not the only person that got this call and getting threads against me with an rarest. To be honest I was scared shirtless.

Omg I'm soo glad I found this! I just got message while I was working out by Kelly Bell from this Number which is NY Area Code btw! She told me they recieved complaints & were issuing an Warrant for my Arrest! Well Im Italian & I'm not the one I called the place back because Im not about to get arrested for something I didnt do so  She said blah blah I asked what is this about? She says blah blah PayDay Loan Im like LOL Sure! So Im pretty Blunt & say call my number again & Ill be calling the Cops! Hmm still not calling back! Man I only have a Cell Phome how they get my number! Man I hope they get caught soon!

Also received several calls from both males and females - lot of similar conversations going on in the background.  They are scammers.  They called my office and I told them I was not working there any longer and gave them my new work phone number - the local FBI office. Calls stopped at the office - just on cell now.  Annoying to say the least.  Need to find a way to block those calls.

Catherine Bell called my phone also and left this same voicemail message on my phone. Threatening me with some dumb b***s***. The foreign accented lady couldn't even say my name correctly lol I called her back and told her to stop calling my phone because I wasn't about to pay such an amount unless I got it in writing or was sent from the IRS, Sheriff's department or a judge. I basically laughed on the phone and she got pissed off and said "wait till Monday, you will see what happens." The day was currently Friday. I thought to myself, if the cops want to arrest me and I have a warrant, they WIlLL not wait till Monday. They would be on their way today or the next day! This lady is so full of s***!

my husband actually received this call during the day at work asking for me.  when I called them back they could not look my info up by name, only by phone number, thick accent lady obviously reading from a script telling me there are criminal cases against me and a warrant is being issued..ok so last week, I recienved all this same context in an email.  but they are now calling people I know starting this and asking for money, I told them I was filing a complaint and they hung up

The number called me and demanded via voice mail that I call them back with the threat of legal action. When I called back I asked for the name of the organization, which the person was reluctant to provide.  I asked where the company was located, which they refused to provide.  The man receiving my call asked me not to call them back.

Man am I glad that I decided to google this number. Thanks to what I just read I would've been taken for a ride. Thank you all for the info. Am going to report this people and I can tell her what ever to take a long walk from a short pier. lol

i just got the same message from an foreign lady, real thick accent, she definatley sounded like she was trying to spell out her script. this number is from new york and i reside in california, never been to new york nor do any business there. threats to issue a warrant for my arrest. even if this were a legitamate debt collection office, you cannot be arrested for being sent to collections, a non-violent crime. thanks for the information, ill be sure to add them to my block list

i received a call today from this number - the woman calling could barely speak english.  she said she was calling from the Criminal Justice Legal Law Service and she was calling about a loan i took from Cash Advance Services - i asked her who she was calling for and she said my name.  i told her i have never at any time used a cash advance service and i wanted to know how she got my cell phone number.  she said she would check further into this and call me back and that i should not worry and then she hung up.  so much for being on a do not call list.

Same is happening to me with these calls. I receive these calls constantly telling me they were calling from a criminal investigators office and they were putting a warrant out for my arrest. She was foreign and I could also hear a bunch of people talking in the back ground. These harassing phone calls are absolutely BS and I am fed up with these people trying to rip people off.  315-370-4950

Just got a call from this number. They threatened me with an arrest warrant too. I told them im going to research this and call tgem back.  The woman had an indian accent. I know there is a lot of fraud out there and i don't trust anyone. She just kept saying ok ok bte.

I JUST GOT A CALL FROM THEM AND THEY SAID THEY ARE FROM THE CRIMAL INVESTIGATIONS AND IF I DIDN'T CALL BACK A WARRENT WOULD BE ISSUED.  THEY ARE A SCAM.. THEY KEEP USEING DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS.  IT'S GETTING OLD.

i continue to receive these calls from numbers from cali to new york. all the sameone someone who can barely speak english telling me i was going to be arrested. i went to the police the first time bc the call was creeper and the man continued to call back to back for almost 4hrs i finally was able to first get an air horn for everytime he answered then blocked the number. today i received a call from this number. she answered and ask how she could help me i told her she could help by loosing my number she proceeded to get loud and told me she was an attorney i told her calmly i didnt care who she was that i had already made reports on them once and if she called again it would be phone harrassment. she hung up lol and hasnt called back! dont give these people your info they are scammers. it was even on cnn awhile ago iff u google it youll see the story

This person is caliing stating that they have a complaint on me and threatening me with a arest warrant for a bank that doesn't exsist. I looked up this suppposes law office they dont exsist the one law office in auburn ny is for malpratice and abestos, and construction. So if its a heavy accent and there threatening you do not respond to these indian people.

People calling claiming to be a debt collectors but they will not give any company name or information. Just another scam caller thought people would like to know. P.S. if you are reading about these calls for the first time these people cannot send you to jail. All you need to do is ask them to send you verification of the debt in the mail and then hang up on them.  If it?s a legitimate collector you will receive a letter, if not then you will know it?s a scam for sure. Don't let these people intimidate you. The reason they keep doing this scam is because people keep paying them.
