have received (2) faxes now.  no removal number to call and no fax number listed either.

I've complained to the FCC about them. Got a call from a woman, that has nothing to do with Syracuse Roofing, and the FCC sent a letter that they'll be fined up to $16,000 for the complaints they've received.  Unfortunately, the woman I spoke with doesn't have anything to do with Syracuse Roofing.  Her cell phone number is close to Syracuse Roofing's number.  Hope it works out for her.

When you leave the call back number... leave the number for the NY state police.

I also checked with the BBB, and they never heard of Industrial Roofing.  Hopefully they can stop this goof.

I have done every search I can think of, and come up with nothing.  I do know it's a land line in Syracuse, and it's unpublished.  Why would a business have an unlisted number?  Something very fishy here.  I hope FCC can do something about him.

I recieve daily faxes and have called 4 times to ask them to stop.  No one ever answers the phone or responds.

This is what I'm doing after asking them to stop faxing me....I leave a message in a very sweet tone saying I would like an estimate. They called me back and we set an appointment,I gave them a false address. They called back and asked why I wasn't there. I said they must have misunderstood me and gave them an address on the other side of the city. Poor guys waisting their time like they wasted mine!

I wish faxes had phone # blocks like I can block my unwanted e-mails.

I too am tired of this company.  I filed a complaint with the FCC.  Hopefully they will help us.

I just called the FCC and filed a complaint also (ugh...like pulling teeth to get the lady to write up the complaint...but she finally agreed.)

I too have received several of these unwanted faxes.  Will
keep checking to see if the problem is resolved by anyone
else.  I've not tried calling - but was going to email them
if they were on the internet.  Thus - I found this site.

We also have received several faxes a week from this number.  I have called numerous times to have our number removed.  So such luck on our end, as I just received another fax this morning.  This is very frustrating!  Please post if you find a solution to this very annoying situation.  At top it says, From: Ref. no: 10003 but no number

Reverse phone detective says it's a landline in Syracuse NY...not a cell phone.  Keep trying guys...we'll nab this guy.

We have been getting the same faxes at our business.  Leave message everytime to be removed.  Sick of them wasting time paper toner.  I will look into finding a solution and will post back if i come up with something solid.

Called 315-403-2593 numerous times to request them to stop sending Faxes.
They ignore the request and continue to send them.  What can be done?

We are getting the same faxes. Called the number and the mailbox was full. There is no "Industrial ROOFING" in The Syracuse phone book!!!

315-405-2593 - Every day, we are a business have three fax machines and this is getting to be a bit too much. I was looking for an address or anything to get removed. I called mailbox is full, probably people complaining about their faxes filling up the mailbox. If anyone finds a way to be removed please post it. Next step, a complaint with the BBB.

we get this fax almost everyday, I too called the only # on the fax and it tells me this # is not taking messages at this time. Tired of wasting my toner and paper, what can be done?

3 faxes in a week from "Syracuse Roofing"  I left two messages to call about roofing but no return call.

just received another fax.  called the 315-403-2593 phone number and it is a cell number stating that the company is: Syracuse Industrial Roofing.  I left a message asking to be removed.  Next time I will be reporting them to the FCC! This unwanted faxing bit is outta control!
