I receive the same calls and threats. Yesterday I wasn't home, my youngest son answered the phone whenthis man with a accent called. My son told them I wasn't home, this guy told my son that he doesn't deserve America and hung up on him.

All I can say it DITO DITO DITO to each and everyone of you.  How can we stoff this.  I work for a funeral home and they are now calling me at work.  How do they get our information, and what recourse do we have to make them stop?  I can cahnge my number, but I can not change where
I work.  I have already called the police department, and the next time I get a call at work, a report will be filed.

I got a call from this number on my cell and at work! It's because i applied for a payday loan thru 60minute loans.com. They said i didnt pay the loan back (i never continued on with my app.) and claimed i owed 425.00. said i'd be in a "legal mess" and have to face a judge if i did not pay. They should be reported!!!

I got a call from this number and the persons name was Mark Thompson. Said I was being collected from a loan company for past due amount. Sounded like he was from another country and was hard to understand.

THIS NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO BBB AND MARK THOMPSON NEEDS TO BE SUED!

It's a scam. They have a California number as well. They tell you, that they're going to sue you if you don't send them money because you applied for a loan. And that there's a warrant out for your arrest. They need to be reported to the BBB.

I got the message today from my "local" lady Angela Green. I had received a bogus call from Ron Cooper about a month ago, he wanted me to fax {213-402-2849} the numbers from a pre paid debit card bought at Walmart or Green dot including the secure numbers from the back, with a note that had to worded just right. Ron was calling from Cash Advance America. I contacted our State's Attorney.

Recieved call from 315-407-1593 stating I owe them money.

Claims to be debt collector from payday loan that I did NOT have.  Threatening messages asking for attorney info. and saying "God Bless You and Good Luck".  Speak VERY broken English.  Gives American/English name with STRONG middle-eastern accent.  ie: Threatening jail time,  ?a bad situation unfolds?, court fees.  Sometimes claims to be from "All American Financial" or "Federal Dept. of Justice."  Claims to "download" a subpoena..arrest warrant...law suit..going to arrest me at work...meet me at courthouse...must have my "retained attorney of record" call as soon as possible. Sometimes has the nerve to say ?God Bless You? or ?Good Luck?.  HILARIOUS considering I actually work for the state level Justice Cabinet! Sometimes claims to be representing CashNetUSA or CashUSA.Net.

I have been receing calls up to 3 a day and the threats are getting annoying.

so THAT is what they have been saying!! I cannot even understand the message they leave!  I pick out a word or two.. legal... trouble... debt that is about all. I do not answer, they are on a reject list but are using several different numbers.  I cannot even understand the call back number so I can call and go off on them.  Does anyone know the number they leave as a call back? I am in a lot of pain and would love to take it out on these idiots!  Can anyone understand the name of the company, or do they even give it?

I have been recieving messages as well on my cell and at work.  With all of the same information as well from two diffrent companies, even with the good luck.  This is what i have recieved.  Hope it helps.

I got the same thing Kat did, expect mine was from a Angela Green, and they told me that they wish me "Good Luck" if I dont call back, you know what I will have good luck cause I'm not calling back, my thing is when you call my cell phone it's a generic message, so how do they know the phone number that they are calling actually belongs to me and then leave the stupid messages. I will let the Better Business Bureau whats going and see if anything happens.

Hi Kat, I have been getting the same messages and it's getting to the extent where my boss told me they called multiple times. I'm getting very annoyed and knew it was a scam from the get go. The first time they called I told them I didn't do any of this and fix the problem because I'm not paying. Kat, can you please tell me how you fixed the problem and had them stop calling??? The thing that I find the most funny is that I've never heard of a person from Indian descent being a lawyer. I don't think the judge would take you very seriously if he can't understand you!!

A call came in at 12:54 p.m. on August 1, 2011 from phone 315-407-1593, showing Camillus, NY.  I figured it wasn't valid, and let it ring.  It rang about 3 times, and caller hung up without leaving a message.

Also give number to local police fraud division as attorney?s number.   Using female ?Stacy Brown? claims to have sent legal documents to a gmail account.  So silly!
