It does not take an Admin to see that one or two creeps shilling for the lawbreaking debt collector made all those illiterate posts. That sort of thing violates the site rules, which is why they were all flagged. If you have a problem with any other comments, they each have their own "report" gadget. (.. for some reason marked with an exclamation point) Lob your complaint and Admin will take necessary action.

I report against comments for breaking the rules all the time here, whether I agree or not with what they say. Over time I've found that Admin does not play favorites either.

I owe a payday online loan 2500.00 and I haven't made any payments yet but the payday Loan company sent it to RJA CAPITAL and they called me and they said they will take me to court and Im resposible for the court fees and everything,  so I agree to do a payment plan of $100.00 every the first and the 15th of every month, and Im struggling hard to eat and to pay my bills and rent payments, because of this 100.00 deductions, since January 2013.  Should I call RJA Capital to stop the deductions or just change my checking account number?  Can they send me to jail for this or court or serve me? No they said I owe 4000.00.

I need to call them in reference to an outstanding debt and that the sheriff will pick me up.

While my number and bank info is easily accessable this person call Simmons called my ex-wife, daughter, and son with threats about check fraud. There is NONE - all checks written have cleared, and the bank has no idea what this is about.

This is clearly a SCAM - and the threatening comments are posted by those producing the SCAM.

they have call my job and my cell they said if i dont pay they will take me to court not only that they question my employee about me .....i was in a rush and knew i had bills but not this i didnt know what they was talkin about but i knew i owe a company but not by this company so i gave them my info they been takin out my account when they want not only that when i change my info they call my job again and cell phone also with another person threating me they say the was with hillsborough county but from buffalo N.Y can u get them to stop and im tied of it they so call got it on recorder but i didnt see my paperwork i had them to email it to me then i got it but it did show who i was owing just i needed to pay them im tied of it who can i talk to about this matter

I got a call from this # and I have never in my life applied for an online loan, or a payday advance, or check cashing place, or anything like that.  I currently have no debt problems, nor do I have any past due balances with anyone.  Of this I am certain.  Having said this, the message left on my phone by this "ed Martinez" character,  was "This message is for ____ ______.  This is regarding a legal matter with a case against Michael Johnson.  We need to obtain a voluntary statement from mj before these proceedings will forward.  Please relay these messages with urgency."  What I want to know is where this mofo got my legal name paired with my cell phone number?  The only entity I gave ANY of that info to lately was TWrner Cable...and the Monday after it was connected I've been INUNDATED with telemarketers literally calling sometimes at 10 minute intervals...one of which was ADT Security (who called me by name)!  Before I signed up with TWC they said they needed to run a credit check, which I thought was strange for cable, but that is the only time recently I gave that sort of info out.  Just a very strange coincidence, I thought.

If the pathetic shills are quite through praising an as yet unnamed collection agency and trying to frighten its future victims, let's get some things straight.

Process servers do not call ahead to cut deals with alleged debtors. They are glorified delivery people who are not part of the dispute. Collection agents, and common thugs posing as collectors, who make angry threats of arrest or litigation are hiding their total lack of proof behind extortion and fearmongering. They are also violating federal and state laws.

The goofs who are spamming this thread could be working for the usual US lawbreaker or a fake collector from South Asia. If your tormentor is domestic, it will be your turn to say ''see me in court'', and it won't be a sick joke like their threats.
