julie what you have to do is go to google.com and type in what states are illegal for a pdl,,you will come up with 12-15 states and if you happen to live in one of those states you just saved yourself a lot of money.
they will not take you to court because all you have to say JUDGE I JUST FOUND OUT THAT IT IS ILLEGAL FOR A PDL TO LOAN MONEY IN MY STATE..the judge will fine the pdl thousands of dollars.
the right thing to do is pay back what you borrowed..you borrowed 500.00 pay back 500.00 minus any processing fees and pay no interest and subtract any payments you made and pay it back to the pdl store DO NOT PAY IT TO THE LOW LIFE LYING SLEAZY DEBT COLLECTION COMPANY.

Just recieved a call from this number "Brad Sutton" explained that is a legal matter and I am going to be served at my place of business due to issues with a payday loan. Only if this moron realized that you can't be legally prosecuted for check fraud with payday loans. I guess he figures he is goinf to "scare me". I plan on calling him back right now and as our phone calls are all recored, I will relish the opportunity to have him break the law.
