I recieved a call and could hear someone breathing, but they didn't say anything. I said hello and waited for a response, only to get hung up on. I also recieved a call from 315-452-6471 last week, but they did not leave a message.

I'm on the no call list..This person keeps calling..I want it to stop

I get calls from this number several times a day as well. It is a Verizon land line in North Syracuse. NY but unable to find out who. Also on the do not call list, doesn't seem to matter

I received one also with no one on the other end. I called back , blocking my number and the line was busy. I tried an hour later and it just rang. The Caller ID states the name as "Community, AD"

I just got a call from them too.  At first I heard the sound of breathing on the other end.  I said, "Hello" then there was an eerie silence.  Suddenly a voice asked me breathily what I was wearing.  Having just stepped out of the bathtub I told them only a very loose towel.  They then asked me what my astrological sign was, I am a Scorpio and they said that we weren't astrological correct as they were Aries and then hung up on me.  I never got to tell them I was on the Libra cusp. I'm frightened. What should I do?

I just got a horrible call from 315-452-6472.  I was seeing my OBGYN when my phone rang out.  I quickly grabbed the phone and into the receiver I whispered, Hello?  At first there was no response, so I repeated my plea, Hello I replied desperately!  A voice came on the line and told me to hold on that they had an exciting offer tailored just for me!  I was intrigued.  Who in Syracuse NY had tailored an exciting offer just for me? I had visions of a strong handsome man thinking only of me and my desires.  I held on in nervous desperation.  I was lovingly crooned to by Neal Diamond while on Hold.  It was Crackling Rosie.  Suddenly a voice broke my serenade and asked me what I knew of my current Home Loan.  I told them I rented and with that they hung up unceremoniously.  I sobbed uncontrollably to my OBGYN who told me that he understood.
