Just received a call from this number (315-455-3153)  from a person identified himself as "Frank" from American Financial. When you call this number back, it says this number is not a working number. Now how can it be if they just call from there at least that what comes up on caller ID.  Wanted to know my credit card debt amount as he could help me out. I went  along with him and listened to what he had to offer.  ITS ALL A SCAM!!!  They also called me on July 8 and when I wanted the number he was calling from, he hung up on me.  But today, I was trying to get info from him as he kept putting me to some one else. Then I told him if I needed help I would call them. I ask for the number to call back and gave me 1-888-620-8988.  Boy did he get angry at me and told me I wasted his time like any typical trash woman would and then hung up on me.  I googled the number he gave me and its to BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD. These people need to get a life and stop preying on hard working people trying to make it in the real world. Please,,, no one don't fall for their scam. They want all your info like bank accounts and credit card numbers and then your defiantly doomed.

They identified them self as united financial company. No idea what they wanted as i told them to me on their do not call list.

Picked up phone and no one was there. After I hung up , phone rang again and I let my voice mail pick it up. No message left. I do not know anyone in Syracuse.
