Does anybody else getting calls from this phone number?

I received an attorney by the name of Alan Smith that was left on my voicemail.

You and I both i just received that same exact message on my phone on February 25th, 2011. And also they told me to fax over my driver license over to them in order to agree of making a payment. Have anyone of you been told before about this?

Received a call today both on my cell phone and at work, this man left me a message saying that I or my attorney needed to contact them today and if I didn't all he could do was wish me good luck. I have to admit it frighten me a bit however I realized I had nothing outstanding and after reading all these posts I feel better.

Some guy with the the name of Daniel Cooper called me at work saying that they represent a payday loan company that I supposedly took a payday loan from is planning to sue me for non-payment. This guy had a heavy foreign accent saying they are a law firm called Bureua of Credit Investigation representing Easy Cash. This payday loan company supposedly loaned me $300 in December 28, 2010 and that I didn't pay them back. This people are a bunch of scammers! I have reported them to my bank and put a high alert on our account for us.

I just got a call saying that we owned this company 5400.75...When I asked for what they said a payday loan. The guy had a heavy India accent, his name is Paul Smith. We never got a loan from this company. He is telling us that we have to go to court on wedsneday today in Monday. I have my lawyer looking into this and it is a scam

During this day received a call, very strange, the person was identified as Paul Smith, CLYDE LEGAL ASSOCIATES, this person was accusing me of money that must never received, even had all my personal information, we clarify that I did not had received any money even asked him to pass me Customer Service to conduct an investigation and try to clarify that I had not received the amount they were asking me. Asked this person to provide me information about the company that claimed I owed him money and failed to reply. After explaining several times that I did not have any loan I realized for the altered attitude of these people who could be a fraud and so was I did know. Became upset and threatened me that if he did not pay the $ 500.00 I was going to call the police and that could be two days in prison. I let them know again that I did not have to pay money that never received and was going to make a complaint with the commissioner of Financial Institutions. This person ended the call. Returned the call and solicit your address and name of legal counsel and this was what I got: The lawyer is Bob Varrell course, License # AC4591GE, the company is called CLYDE ASSOCIATES LEGAL to address in 3615 Binghamton, NY, NY 85306. Try to find information on these people on the internet and took me to this site where other people have been victimized by these unscrupulous, I hope to do something to stop them.

Same deal here... indian guy called saying i needed to pay 650.00 and if i payed by friday it would be 450.00. then he said he thinks he could do 350.00. he was talkin so fast i couldnt get a hardly get a word in. f*** em.

I got a call today from a guy with a very heavy accent that said I owed him money from payday advance back in november. I knew I didn't do this nor did I owe his "company" any money. He started to ask me to verify info about me at which point I interrupted him and told him to verify his information. He got very mad and told me I better have a good attorney at which I replied as a matter of fact I do...here 's his number. He hung up on me!!

I keep getting calls from an obviously Indian woman who goes by "Lisa Thomas". She had left me a message on my machine and it was pretty apparent that she was reading from a poorly written script the entire time. And they say they're calling from Los Angeles, CA, but I looked up that particular area code, and it belongs to the state of New York. Is there any way to combat these people before they make me go completely insane?

A guy Justin called me from this number with a heavy foreign accent. Fact is this people call themselves officers but they don't even know how to talk. Calling from India and doing this scam. This people will ask for money from you which you never took from any payday loan company, they will pressure you to make the payment without sending you any documentation. So be aware of this people from India who try to scam you.
