this number harrasses me everyday and nit i need help to stop them

I also received a phone message at home on Tues., 1/3/11 at 2:14 P.M.  She said her name was Kira Anderson and this was a time sensetive matter.  I was to give her a call or my retained attorney was to do so, or she would be sending investigators to my home to take me to the police station.  I've been getting calls like this for abou a year and a half now, and all of them are scams.  PLEASE do not even give them the satisfaction of giving them a call back.  They are all with Indian accents and they all read from the same scripted message.

I just received a call at work from this number, and it came thru as an  International number on my work phone.  A "Maria Jones" left me a message to call this number. then they called my work number and it was "Kathy"  both with heavy Indian Accents...I did get a call about a month ago as well, and it was Men. but don't recall the names.  I have taken a payday loan but not from what company they are claiming. Advance Payday Plus.

I also got a call from this number. It was from a group with Indian accents but they were trying to get money from me. They had info about a loan I had recently taken, and claimed I was behind in payments. They said if I did not give them $300 now I would end up having to pay $1500.00. She claimed to be an attorney but when I demanded her name and the name of her firm she hung up on me.

This # has been harrassing me. I have told them that if they lived in the US they would know it was illegal to harrass people at work. I said I have notified BBB and told them to call my attny. The next call I was making would be to the police. They Hung up

Here we go again these people just keep on calling, This has been for a year I am still waiting for them to come and get me LOL

Yes, I agree calls are scripted. Word for word what I have been reading from others is what was said

Yes I have been receiving these calls in spurts for about a year now! They call me and tell me that I owe money for some loan and that I have been summons to appear in court the next day. No paper work can ever be produced when asked. They even go as far to tell me that the police will be at my door when I get home if I don't pay this money. I told them to come on then. I am tired of these people calling me! Yes they all speak with an indian accent, she couldn't even pronounce certain words due to her reading from a script. I usually throw them off by saying something out of the way to make them nervous just to have a little fun!

Someone is calling me from this number threatening me if I do not call them back it will fall on me.  They do not identify what company they are calling from or what it is about.  I too have taken a pay day loan but both companies are getting paid and there are no problems to the best of my knowledge.  The caller ID comes up unknown on both my home, my work and my cell.  I do not know who these people are.  They do not identify themselves or the reason they are calling.  They have a very heavy accent that I can not identify.

Same as all the messages above.  Angela Green is her name, heavy accent.  And same threatening message.

Same as above.  The call originated from +052312293 and a woman with a thick accent left a somewhat threatening message that I need to contact my attorney because I was being sued in court.  She also stated that officers would come to my place of work or my home to take me to court.  ...that I would be liable for entire cost of litigation and settlement (in excess of $12,000).  Before she hung up she said that if my 'intentions are good' then I will call her back at the 315-496-1508 number.  This is the second time this month I've gotten this type of message...

I got a call from this number they left a message threatening that if I didn't act today they would file my case (somewhere.....?) and I would loose my job. Daniel Jones was the person was the identifying himself.

I received a call from this number and when I told them I was calling my attorney to contact them plus I was filing a harrasment charge against them for contacting my place of work, They didnt want to talk to me and then hung up in my face. I asked to Speak to this Richard Brown who they claim is the person that is about to process some egal affidavit against me for a payday loan with Payday loan plus which I didnt have not did I take out and then they proceeded to tell me that they sent 16 emails to email address whicy they actually knew but I never delete a message in my inbox and I went back to check for such emails which were a lie. This is a scam people do not divulge your personal information. and DO NOt PAY Them!!!!!

The people using this number are scam artists. They will say they are from the credit bureau of investigations and say that you are being charged with either check fraud or credit card fraud. They will threaten to call your employer and put you in jail unless you pay right away!! DO NOT PAY THEM!!! They are a scam!!! And if you can just ignore thier calls
