I report my calls from these numbers to PAETEC fraud department.  It seemed to work.  They got right back to me and told me they would tell them to stop calling me.  Thanks for posting the infor.  I found who the phone carrier was for 401-285-0901.  It's Pacific Bell, CA.  But, no luck getting in touch with or a fraud dept.

They call my mom so I call them back and cuss and call them names it gets them off the phone fast. Try it it works.

This Guy with an Indian accent named Kevin calls  my work 2-3 times daily I'm about to take a trip to N.Y. to kick the crap out of him only 'cause I've  had it up to here with this scam artist bullsh#@

I recieved the same calls from someone that I couldn't understand. I told him that if he had proof of my delinquent debt to send me the paperwork so I can have my Attorney look at them. They hung up. I hope this will stop them from calling. I can imagine all the less fortunate people already stress by our economy and having to deal with scum bags like this

they keep calling...so i decided today to block my phone number and continually call them.  apparently they do not like it because they kept hanging up.  i'll wait a little and do it again...  if they can call my cell phone and my place of employment repeatedly, then they are going to have to deal with me calling them back repeatedly. jerks.

I am sick and tired of these people calling me. Some guy named John Marking (if i heard correctly) who sounded middle eastern calls me at work and leaves a voice mail. He said that they have my ss# and identity will be held or such. They have called me multiple times. This was the first time in a few months that they started to call again. I have a saved voice mail from the past and now i saved this one too. When they left a message they said to call them back at 315-538-9905 but when i played the envelope information it came from 975-140-3304. When i pulled both numbers up they show it is a scammer caller. If you Google the 975-140-3304 # it says Indian Mobile Numbers Records as the very first thing to pop up on the search. I mean come on now how stupid can they be. What worries me is what if they have my private info. I have already told them off before, but they can't just take the hint. Instead they will KEEP calling with different names.... And not only that, they use American Names when clearly they aren't American and they are for sure MIDDLE EASTERN! They need to stay out of our business and GET A LIFE and STOP with the Harassing phone calls!

I keep having harrassing phone calls at my place of employment from a number such as : 315-538-9905 and I have no outstanding matters that I am aware of and the guy refused to send notification in the mail for me and he got smart with my boss on the phone.

I just got a call from Max from ACS -- very heavy accent.  When I did not answer his call, he called a friend, telling her the same information that he left on my voicemail.   Shook me up so I started trying to find out more information regarding this company he supposedly represents, and found all of this information about this wonderful scam they are running.

When someone else called last week, I advised that if it were legit, they better send me documentation at my mailing address.  Otherwise, call one more time and I contact the Attorney General's Office to report this scam.

well just got a call from them again. this times saying they are from the attorney general office of new york. jenifer something could not make out the last name. she said i was being sued for money fraud and that my name and ssi # was being black listed. and it would be in my best interest to call her back.

These idiots have called me under the name of Officer John Smith (I mean come on, an indian accent and named the most obvious cover name) and Max Luis from different companies and several different numbers.  He called my mother and she asked him to verify my address (which was correct but if it were a true legal matter I think I would have received some sort of notification by mail) and also spouted off my entire social security number to her (which could have been a stranger not just my mom).  He could be in big trouble for that first off, with releasing that info and not being to me.   They are idiots if they think people dont recognize the same voice and obvious scam when they call 5 times a day and I have the saved voice mails that are identical scripts.  Its just sad that they think somepeople are dumb enough to fall for it.  He called my office and I called back and of course no one answers or the mail box is full.  I left a nice little message that it had been reported to the authorities locally and to ic3.gov for internet fraud and threats.  Hopefully something will be done about them soon.

Well i got the same call claiming to be from ACS, so i gave him a card number of 358587doyouthinkimstupid...then i proceeded to call him numerouse times telling him how sexy he was. I think I'll call again tonight....LOL

just got a call from 18-561-132-4142 want me to call them back at  315-538-9905. it sounded like this jennifer "could not make out last name" was reading off a paper someone has writin out for her. this is the 3rd time that ppl have called me say i owe them a loan that i do not have.

the idiots called my mom she said she didnt know me and they called my father and the lady said her name was jennifer and i called they said i owed a loan to them so i hung up because i knew it was a scam i got 2 numbers on them  315-538-9905 or 907-001-238894  dont do this  it is a scam and i got a question how do u stopped this crap im tired of it this makes the second time i have delt with this

I just received a call from this number asking me to contact my best friend. All I was told was a legal issue on the internet. I called her and forwarded the message come to find out they threatened her with court action for an unpaid loan that I know she paid off. She has also been harassed by these people over a period of time. Next time they call me looking for my best friend they will get an earful and be turned into the FCC and FTC along with the AG of my state and hers. Don't let these people continue with there illegal activities everyone needs to ban together to get it to stop.

I got a call a few times yesterday from this number and everytime he left a message  stating i owe money,funny thing is all 4 times he called he gave a different name.lol  he was middle eastern

I had fun with this guy today.  He said started calling my friend's phone (had her name) back to back.  Literally 30 calls in 10 minutes.  He said he was from "the legal department" and that there was an identity theft issue.  He said that if she does not address this immediately that "her and her family will need to go to court" and wouldn't provide any details.  I started taking the calls after the first and started pestering the s*** out of the guy.  He got pissed and promised to keep calling back to back until he got to speak with my friend.  I told him that I had all day and that he was welcome so he did.  I continued to pester him until he finally stopped.  We all had a good laugh.

Faked an obnoxious southern accent and answered each call with "Yello"

Noteworthy Lines from our conversation:

1.  "Two English words that you need to understand:  Not Interested"
2.  "(My friend) isn't available.  She's on the line with someone from Pakistan at the moment regarding an important identity theft issue and his sales pitch is much more polished than yours."
3.  Can you look me up to see if I have an identity theft issue?  The name's Frank Rizzo.

I also busted more racial cracks on the guy than would otherwise be allowed by the PC police.  It felt good.  lol

Someone called our business from this number, claiming to be from "the Legal Department" but couldn't give any more details. Like everyone above says, the guy had an extremely thick accent and didn't make any sense. I was dumb enough to give him my name because I thought we were just having a language barrier issue at first. Hope that doesn't come back to bite me. I also REALLY hope he doesn't just keep calling back like some people have experienced- this is a business phone line.

Please do not respond to these idiots.  Once they establish contact---they are relentless.  Just ignore them--and the calls will become less frequent.  While it is annoying, it is better to have them leave dumb voicemails than to call several times a day at work or home.  DO NOT CALL THEM BACK OR ANSWER THE PHONE.  they have several phone numbers---my suggestion, if you do not recognize the number, dont answer.

they are scammers who have received your information from something you have done online. Do not give them any information.  I told them I was reporting them to the FBI and Attorney Generals Office and they told me to shut-up and listen. I hung up and the just kept calling.  They need a new life!!!!

hi i got called to while on vacation at my work , they called serveral times. also said they were a law firm acs this needs to stop. he says his name is john martin. i know they have called my cell number serveral time from all kinds of numbers this is out of control. someone needs to do something about this they need to stop harrasing all od us we did nothing wrong.

I have received calls at my job stating they are a law office and I owe money and if I do not pay the money back they will come and arrest me.They will not give me any detailed information but hey expect me to pay them money!!!
