I just received a call from 315-604-3299 & 760-592-8566 stating they were a Law Firm hired by US Cash Advanced.  Daniel Smith said I have a law suite filed against me for a cashier's check I received & cashed in 2010 from US Cash Advanced.  He asked if my s.s.# ended in the last 4 digits he provided.  I did not answer him, instead told him he was full of s**t.  He then said I needed to speak to his supervisor.  I told the supervisor that I am not giving one red cent to the scam they are running & that I would report them.  The so called supervisor then said that I could come to Pakastain & suck his dick.  How crude can they get.  PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!! When I asked for documentation in writing they asked for my address.  I told them they should have all my info on file if they are a so called law firm with a law suite against me.  That just angered him.  What a joke.  Their day is coming & God will deal with them!!

I have recieved a call from this number after racially attacking a cohert, stating that "Eddie Smith" is a ferderal law officer and was going to have me charged with fraud, embezzelment and money laundering. "Eddie" stated he did not have a badge # or a regional office #. I am filinf complaints to FBI, FCC, and Secret Service to attempt to stop these people from preying on innocent people  and use intimidation to con one into giving them money out of fear.

called for my bf and said that i was one of the references and said his name was addy smith(sounded very indian) an officer from a law firm. lol and to have my bf called in regards to a legal claim. did not want to give me anymore information. if he didnt call he was going to take more legal action.

This is a scam! They tried to threaten me and I asked for their supervisor and documents and they hung up.

I aslo have  Recieved calls from this number accusing me of charges , the thing is you have nothing to be afraid of if you have not done any thing wrong , go press charges aginst this number , say there has been an outstanding amount of calls and you would like to make a report aginst them . reverse it on to the caller and start a lawsuit aginst them , that is the best legal advice i can give .,

An Eddie Smith whom sounded very Indian called me from this number saying he was an Agent from INV saying they are going to press charges on me for fraud unless i pay them money to settle a debt. His ( partner whos name i couldn't understand ) also called me from 2 different numbers, the numbers are 607-595-1059 and 646-396-9684.

The person calling from this number is scamming you! He's called me repeatedly claiming I owe money and there will be legal action taken against me for crimes I did not commit. I contacted Crime Stoppers, but there's not much you can do. Don't send any money or give information.

This gentleman called this morning and said that he was going to press charges against me for something that I did not do.  He gave his name, but was hard to understand, and never gave a company.  Please find out more if you can.
