This is a scam they call you and say your gonna be sued if you dont pay back a payday loan call the company you owe the money to if you even owe and verify the collection agency they sent it to it will not be the indians that called you their just trying to take your money do not give them any information or money

A man saying i was being sued for a payday loan that was taken out i never took out a payday loan because it denied me it is a scam he said that i was gonna be served papers by the state of texas lol if i was gonna be served papers it would be by my county Dallas and not the state do not give these indians your information call the company you owe and verify with that company you owe the debt and the name of the collection agency they sold it to

I've been getting calls from 3156086102 and they are leaving me message that if I don't call back they will come to my job or my house with a warrant if I don't call back.  I haven't called back because I don't know who this is, have no criminal history, etc...  Did they say these things to anyone else when they called?  I decided to go online and do a reverse search an found this message (original post) regarding this same phone number.  I don't want to call them back.  I did last year have a fraud on my checking account and had to close the account, wonder if someone did something with that?  My bank cleared all the charges and said someone had gotten my bank information and was doing electronic deposits and then withdrawls from the account.  

Any suggestions, should I call?  I'm a professional and definately scared when I heard "come to your job or home with a warrant".

Scam don't answer they call from several different numbers all same Indian accents they have the last 4 digits of your social and some other minor info don't talk to them they will try to bully you by saying they are law enforcement or some other bs and that they are gonna come to your work and arrest you blah blah all they want is a cc number so they can drain your account and move on to the next sucker these pieces of crap have nothing better to do then try and swindle money from hard working Americans and I'm sure they read these after seeing these other posts do the rest of the work a favor and just disappear already.

I have been getting calls from the b*****ds and I've reported to the police and notified my bank.  They are scam artists.  DO NO GIVE THEM ANYTHING OR EVEN THE TIME OF DAY.  My guess is that the two responses given before me was from these guys who are trying to make it sound like they are legit.  THEY ARE NOT.  I keep on blocking them from my phone but they keep on calling from different numbers but they are always the same messages and state I took out a loan and are sueing me.  I talked to these guys a long time back and asked them to send me the papers with all the information on it and they said they would but have not recieved anything along with the fact that when I called them back and started asking lots of questions they kept on hanging up on me and than asked me why I was harrasing them!!! LOL  Are they kidding me??

This is a scam. Don't I repeat Don't give them any information!

got a call (in voice mail) from Mike Doodson who said that I got a loan from Advance Cash USA for 300 dollars 3 months ago. I called my bank and they researched it. they went from 2 months back to 7 months back and there were no deposits of that amount at any time. I called them back and talked to Kevin Larson (sounded like the same guy) and they had my account number AND routing number along with the last 4 of my social. started arguing to them that i never got a cash advance and that i would contact Advance Cash USA myself and that's when they got upset so I hung up on them. Then another guy called right after that (i let it go to voice mail) said he was Michael Anderson and that he was the supervisor, but it sounded alot like Mike Doodson AND Kevin Larson. He said something about me hanging up on Kevin and wanted me to call him back to let him know what i was going to do about this matter.
