I have received calls from this number for 3 days now over 50 calls, mostly call and hangups.
They ask if I am still intrested in the loan and I tell them no, i have gone with a different company and they rattle off my information and tell me they are going to charge my account $175 for canceling my application with them. Has not happened yet, but all the calls are from several different companys..same number.
I would like to know how to stop them from calling me anymore, its getting out of hand. - im thinking of changing my number and my accounts.

I told this person 3 times not to call me.  They told me they were going to shoot me.  Who do I press charges to?

These people have called me eleven times today and the day is not over. Is there anyone that you can report them to. Loosing patients!!!
I answered only once. Couldn't really understand what he was saying. Just asking if I was interested in something.

Just got testy with this guy that called me, sounded like an American and sounded like a New Yorker.  Here's a transcript:

Me: Hello? (need to say this to trigger them to pick up)
Him: Hello, can --
Me: Hello, can I speak to Erica?
Him: What?
Me: Can I speak to Erica?
Him: There's no one here by that name, but look can I --
Me: Can I have your address?
Him: What do you need my address for?
Me: I feel like you owe me something for as many times you've called me wasting my time with the same questions over and over.
Him (getting loud now): LOOK IF YOU LET ME FINISH....
Me: Can I have your address or not?
Him: <CLICK>

That's called turning the tables.  It totally messed him up when I asked him a question first. "Can I speak to Erica" is the question they usually ask me these days.

I'm really getting tired of this crap, but at least that conversation was more entertaining than most I've had....

I was in need of a loan...filled out the app they called the next day offering me a loan for a fee...i wouldnt need a loan if i have money to give to them. Doesnt make sense and also their tellin me how much i have to borrow instead of me telling them...for example they tell me you have to borrow at least $1000 or $2000. They were foreigners. They need to go back were they come with that mess
Somebody need to do something about these foreigners ripping off people.

this company said i was approved for a 1000 dollar loan then asked if could provide a family members of friend ssn to provide as cosigner on the loan. when i told them no know they asked if i could send them my first installment payment before sending me the loan when i told them know he hung up scam...scam. scam

Foreingers Calling telling me that they are a legal fraud service from NYand I need to get back to one of their attorneys as soon as possible if I don't may god help me. Who the hell in the United States says may god help you?? Only corrupt Americans say that crap!

Been around for a while, but site will soon expire. Registered in Canada, but could be anywhere in the world, out of the reach of US justice if you have a problem.

This company is called paydayland.com. I have not gave them any money but would have if I had it. I wanted to do some research and found a slew of complaints describing the same scenario they gave me. The phone number in the other complaints is different, they must switch their number all the time.Tried calling the numberin the other complaint and it was disconnected. So I just want to update this new number. I feel ashamed that I even came close to falling for this scam. These people barely spoke English, Indian descent.How much money is our government agencies going to let people get robbed before they go after these people. I was down on my luck and it seemed like a good opportunity to get out of the hole. Thank god I did not fall victim. I will not judge them, only god will judge, and I pray that this information may help someone else before they make a huge mistake.
