They keep calling my work number.

the sassy from 3 hrs ago is not the same sassy from 6hrs ago.

they have all my info... but they were correct..i checked with my bank that i owed them the money.....

Oh and DO NOT give them any kind of info or confirm any info they tell you.

I have been recieving calls from these people for quite some time now. The only thing that seem to shut them up but mind you does not keep them from calling me is to let them know I have contacted the FTC and Attorney Generals office on them. I have actually done that and they said to let these people know you have cotacted the attorney generals office and you know they are a scam and to stop calling your phone number and then hang up. They said there is nothing they can do because when they run the phone numbers these people are calling from they can not get an address. but they are working on it and PLEASE keep calling the attorneys general office and the FTC and let them know this has happen to you maybe if enough people complain these b*****ds will mess up and give a clue as to where they are so we can get them shut down.

I came home and had a message from the above mentioned number saying that I had a lawsuit against me with my social security number. The gentleman (Gianne) on the voicemail said he was an investigation officer for the Division of Law and Investigation. I returned the call immediately, I was redirected 3 times, each time with an emphasis on my name. The man that came on the phone was rude. I could not understand him and he was offended with that and proceeded to insult the way that I spoke. He said he was representing United Processing .... He went on further to say that there are three counts against me in the lawsuit; 1) violation of a regulation, 2) collections check fraud, 3) theft by detection. I was given a file number. I was supposed be recorded while he was going over the case and he made a point to say that he is not committing any unlawful act. Because I did not get the name of company I asked for it to be repeated. He was now representing Cash Advance America. Here is where I stopped him and told him this is bogus and sounds like fraud on his part. I have never once in my life used cash advance america. The man got very annoyed and put someone else on the phone who was more rude. He came on the phone with a stern voice asking for me to confirm my name and address. I was not confirming anything further. He then proceeds to say that I am a criminal and I am going to jail. They have evidence against me and I am going to be locked up. The police will come to my home the following day at 11 to lock me up. He calls me stupid woman several times during his venting. My response was "oh really"? I hung up the phone. I am very annoyed at this and if possible I would like to seek legal action this people.
